Growth teaches you quickly that the finish line keeps moving. At e.l.f. Beauty, 28 consecutive quarters of growth is something we are deeply proud of and never take for granted. It is also what keeps us humble and hungry. Every mountain climbed reveals the next one waiting. Every milestone becomes a reason to keep learning, keep evolving and keep raising the bar. ⛰️ In the latest episode of Uncensored Renegades, Kory Marchisotto and Jon Evans unpack what it takes to sustain growth without losing the spirit that made it possible in the first place. For us, that spirit starts with culture. Culture is our engine. It powers our purpose, our people, our performance and the possibilities we continue to create. It shows up in the conditions we build every day: creating space for innovation to thrive, bringing together a parade of unicorns who believe in making the impossible possible, finding kindred spirits who force multiply what we can do and staying curious enough to keep evolving. 🦄 That is how growth becomes more than momentum. It becomes our mindset. One rooted in belief, built through our people and strengthened by the constant desire to do better than we did before. Growth at e.l.f. is not about resting on what worked yesterday. It is about believing there is always a better way to build tomorrow. e.l.f. and Katherine Legge are rewriting the rules of the road. 🏁 On Sunday, May 24, Katherine will become the first woman ever to attempt one of the rarest feats in motorsports: racing the Indianapolis 500 and Coca-Cola 600 on the same day. Commonly known as “The Double.” 1,100 miles. Two legendary races. Two different disciplines. One barrier-breaking driver fueling history. Through our empowering.legendary.females. platform, e.l.f. backs women who defy expectations, take up space in arenas where representation has historically lagged and show the next generation of trailblazers that they belong at the starting line, not on the sidelines. With Katherine taking on “The Double”, we are fueling that belief every mile of the way. Across both races, e.l.f. Cosmetics will serve as Katherine’s primary partner, bringing eyes.lips.fuel. to life from Indianapolis to Charlotte and transforming the Fan Zone into immersive experiences that bring fans closer to her journey. Fans can explore a storytelling wall chronicling Katherine’s career, send her well wishes before she takes to the track, race through e.l.f. UP! on Roblox, bedazzle limited-edition e.l.f. merch and stay race-day ready with complimentary e.l.f. SKIN SPF for every eye, lip and face in the crowd. Access isn't stopping at the track. We are extending the experience across Snap, Roblox and Twitch so our community can get in on the action from wherever they are. Katherine’s attempt at “The Double” is a reminder that when women are fueled with access, visibility and belief, the road opens wider for everyone coming next. We are beyond e.l.f.ing excited to stand with Katherine Legge as she takes on Indy, Charlotte and history. ❤️🔥

First, we named the gap. Now we’re mapping the path. ♟️ In Part 2 of our Zero Distance series with executive recruiter and strategist Deepali Vyas, we’re moving from board literacy to board pathway, exploring how leaders can begin building the exposure, credibility and proximity that lead to board service. Board opportunities rarely appear through a straight line or a single open door. They are shaped through relationships, governance experience and the kind of visibility built over time. Deepali maps the journey through three pathways: ✔️ Nonprofit boards creating early access, exposure and governance fluency. ✔️ Advisory and private company boards help build experience and a clearer board narrative. ✔️ Public company boards where preparation, proximity and credibility can come together. At e.l.f., we believe access to opportunity must come with access to knowledge. That is why Change the Board Game is focused on making the boardroom less mysterious and the path toward it more visible, especially for leaders who have not always been invited into those conversations. This edition is about shifting your thinking from “why not me?” to “here is how I start.” The boardroom becomes more accessible when the path to it becomes clearer, more intentional and more possible. Trusting your instincts sounds simple until the stakes are high. 💭 Until the path in front of you looks nothing like the one people expected you to take. Until the timing is imperfect. Until you are asked to bet on yourself before everyone else can see the vision. In our latest Zero Distance essay, we celebrate Mandy Fields, Chief Financial Officer at e.l.f. Beauty and recipient of a 2026 CEW Achiever Award. Mandy’s story was not built by staying in one lane. It was built by raising her hand, saying yes to hard things, and proving that finance is not a back-office function. Mandy is one of only a handful of women on the financial side of beauty to receive the CEW Achiever Award in its 51-year history, and one of the few women of color to hold the CFO title at a publicly traded company. Her lessons are as generous as they are grounded: 🚀 Chart your own path. 🚀 Trust your intuition. 🚀 Raise your hand before the timing feels perfect. 🚀 Build relationships outside your lane. 🚀 Stay present, accessible and close to the people around you. 🚀 Remember that you are the steward of your own dreams. That is Mandy’s magic. She leads with rigor and grace, numbers and humanity, ambition and accessibility. She creates zero distance by showing up in unexpected places in unexpected ways. We believe anything is e.l.f.ing possible when bold leaders trust their instincts, open doors for others and keep building the future with purpose. At the CEW Achiever Awards luncheon, our e.l.f.ing amazing CFO, Mandy Fields, was recognized alongside an incredible group of leaders. 💓 Mandy is a leader who brings both strength and humility to everything she does. At e.l.f. Beauty, we often talk about empowering.legendary.females. Mandy is exactly that. Her love of numbers started early, helping her single mother balance the family budget. That experience shaped not just her skill set, but her perspective and the way she leads today. From investment banking at JPMorgan Chase to Gap, to leading Safeway’s $10B private brands business, Mandy has consistently stepped into complexity and brought clarity to it. By 35 she was a CFO, and by 38 she had become a public company CFO, taking on each new chapter with calm confidence and a strong sense of responsibility. She has helped shape our exceptional, category leading growth and build our portfolio through acquisitions including Naturium and rhode. Beyond being CFO, Mandy is a role model for so many women navigating the balance of career and motherhood. She is generous with her time, her experience and her honesty about what it takes to be present both at work and at home. The CEW community celebrates women who are building, leading and lifting others as they go. Congratulations to Mandy and all the other honorees: Kathleen Dunlop, Stephanie Kramer, Laura Slatkin, Sue Kyung Lee, and Mary van Praag, as well as the Corporate Empowerment for Women Award (Mecca), Retail Leadership Award (Kecia Steelman, Ulta) and Catalyst Award (Carlotta Jacobson). Each of you reflects the highest standard of leadership, building with purpose and lifting others as you climb. 🧗🏽♀️

When rhode skin joined e.l.f. Beauty, we knew we had found a kindred spirit. A bold disruptor with a kind heart, powered by a deeply connected community, a disruptive marketing engine and powerhouse innovation. We are beyond proud to share that rhode has been named to TIME’s 100 Most Influential Companies of 2026. 🤍 The TIME100 recognition celebrates companies making an extraordinary impact around the world and rhode’s place on the list reflects the influence, momentum and cultural connection the brand has built. This comes after a defining year for rhode, one shaped by unprecedented growth, blockbuster launches and a steady rhythm of innovation that continues to move the brand forward. As Hailey Bieber shared with TIME, rhode has always been about “building a world.” One shaped by innovation, formulation, packaging, color story, imagery and storytelling. A world that fits into people’s lifestyles and goes far beyond skin care. Our CEO Tarang Amin said it best: "rhode is not landlocked. It is not limited to skin care, hybrid makeup or accessories. It can go wherever Hailey wants it to go". That is exactly what makes rhode a different kind of company. Like e.l.f. Beauty, rhode moves with a disruptive approach to marketing and a deep understanding of its community. It knows how to turn product into culture, make every detail feel intentional and invite people into something unmistakably its own. Together, we are proving what happens when kindred spirits move with culture, listen closely to their communities and bring the best of beauty to every eye, lip and face. Congratulations to the entire rhode team on this incredible recognition. We are so e.l.f.ing excited for a limitless future. ✨ Read Hailey Bieber's, founder and chief creative officer of rhode, full TIME feature here: https://lnkd.in/ePnepted

Dance is entertainment. Dance is sport. Dance is e.l.f. made. 💃 e.l.f. Cosmetics is stepping onto the dance floor as a founding partner of the International Dance League, marking our entry into competitive dance at the intersection of sport, entertainment and self-expression. Dance is one of the most participated activities in the U.S. and one of the biggest cultural engines on TikTok, bringing people together across age, gender, background and every way performers choose to show up as their best e.l.f. Despite all that participation, the professional dancers shaping this culture have not always had the resources, backstage support and visibility they deserve. So, we are showing up how e.l.f. shows up best: in unexpected places, in unexpected ways, with the communities moving culture forward. 🔥 As a founding partner of IDL’s 2026 season, e.l.f. will bring personalized glow-ups, custom shade matching, a dedicated content studio and custom glam kits to dancers across the league. We’ll also serve as the Official Livestream Presenting Partner across YouTube and Twitch, bringing fans closer to the action in real time. At the center of it all is Power Grip Primer, our No. 1 selling product, anchoring a sticky-as-e.l.f. experience designed for look that last all e.l.f.ing day, no matter how long dancers own the stage. We are beyond excited to put dancers center stage with IDL and celebrate the artists proving that anything is e.l.f.ing possible when self-expression gets the platform it deserves. ❤️🔥

Reality TV may look effortless. Nova Taylor knows how much craft it takes to make it feel that way. 🎬 In our latest Zero Distance essay, Nova, a WIF Fellow and e.l.f. Maker, takes us inside the editing bay of Love Island: Beyond the Villa and the creative decisions behind one of reality TV’s biggest cultural engines. The work starts long before a scene becomes the moment everyone is talking about. Editors move through hours of footage, track what audiences are reacting to across social, shape rhythm and tension, and decide when silence says more than sound ever could. Nova breaks down how a scene comes together, from finding the line that makes you look up to using cutaways that let a joke breathe or a confession sink in. It takes instinct, structure and a lot of invisible magic. ✨ Through e.l.f. Makers, our partnership with Women in Film (WIF), we are proud to support emerging filmmakers like Nova who are building careers in the rooms where culture gets shaped. We believe in showing up for every eye, lip and face behind the scenes, too. The editors. The storytellers. The creative minds turning raw material into the moments the group chat cannot stop talking about. Start your e.l.f.ing engines – we are headed back to the Indy 500. 🏁 This May, e.l.f. is proud to fuel Katherine Legge’s return to the Indianapolis 500 for our fourth season together. Katherine was our first empowered.legendary.female., and she helped define what that platform means to us: backing women who refuse to accept the limits placed in front of them, creating visibility where it has been missing and showing the next generation that they belong in every arena they choose. For us, empowered.legendary.females. is not about celebrating women once they break through. It is about helping fuel the breakthrough – investing in the dreamers, the disruptors and the rule-rewriters while the road is still being paved. Katherine is not only returning to one of the biggest stages in sports. She is taking up space in a place where women remain vastly underrepresented, behind the wheel and across the sport. 🏎️ Through our eyes.lips.fuel. activation, we are bringing that belief to life on the track and in the FanZone, from Katherine’s e.l.f.-wrapped car to an experience designed to flip the script on the garage and make racing culture feel accessible to every eye, lip and face. Katherine is not only racing for the finish line. She is helping redraw the starting line for every girl watching. We are beyond proud to stand with Katherine Legge as she returns to the Indy 500 and continues proving that anything is e.l.f.ing possible. ❤️🔥

The Calling was not your typical marketing summit. And that was the whole e.l.f.ing point. 🔥 Brought to life by our e.l.f. fam Jon Evans and team, the sold-out event brought 400+ people together for what Jon promised would be the “biggest shot in the arm” for attendees’ careers. Spoiler alert: it delivered. In a room full of fellow bold disruptors, countless takeaways are still living rent-free in our minds: 🚀Play the long game. Careers compound over time. 🚀 Courage and proactivity beat waiting for permission. 🚀 Learning is not the precursor to the job. It is the job. 🚀 Relationships are the real measurement of work. 🚀 What makes you different is not the albatross. It is the gift. But the greatest takeaway of all? Vibe matters. The Calling zigged where others would zag. Hosted in the same place the Sex Pistols once practiced and performed, the day was designed to provoke, energize and make people feel something. ❤️🔥 Our President of e.l.f. Brands, Kory Marchisotto, opened the summit by walking out to AC/DC’s “Back in Black” with an air guitar in hand before sharing a message about the fearless girl taking on the bull, e.l.f. versus the status quo, and what it means to read signals in real time, move with conviction and fail forward when the moment calls for it. Because at e.l.f., we believe the possibilities are e.l.f.ing limitless when you stay close to culture, show up in unexpected ways and find the kindred spirits ready to rewrite what’s possible with you. Stay e.l.f.ing tuned for when Jon Evans and Kory Marchisotto deconstruct The Calling in a future episode of Uncensored Renegades. 🎙️ Listen here: Apple: https://lnkd.in/g-u6T8nq Spotify: https://lnkd.in/gmRGphbf
