We are OPEN! 🎉 Today we officially opened our 27th Goodwill store location at 21 W. Center Street in Orem, Utah.    Thank you to Commissioner Skyler Beltran for the warm welcome and for taking part in a behind-the-scenes tour yesterday afternoon alongside other elected officials. The tour, led by Jason Asher, Assistant Vice President of Retail Operations and Logistics, offered a closer look at how this new location will support both shoppers and the broader community.   This store represents new employment opportunities, expanded community services, and another way we can connect people with resources that help them thrive. We’re proud to continue our partnership with United Way of Treasure Valley for their 11th annual Children’s Book Drive. 📚 Our Goodwill® team dropped off a collection of gently used books today in preparation for volunteers to sort, clean and distribute next week. This collaboration is especially meaningful to us; we’ve been part of this initiative from the beginning, united by a shared commitment to supporting children and fostering a love of reading. Last week, we were honored to welcome an incredible group of FFA (Future Farmers of America) students during their state convention in Great Falls, Montana! 🌟 As part of their day of service in the community, these young leaders jumped right in to make a difference across Easterseals-Goodwill. They supported our Goodwill® store at the donation door by helping sort items, brought creativity and joy at the Adult Day program by decorating for an upcoming Easter celebration, and spent meaningful time reading, crafting, and connecting with the people we serve in Adult Community Services. We’re growing in Kalispell, Montana! 🌟 Easterseals-Goodwill Northern Rocky Mountain is excited to launch a new Adult Day Services program in Kalispell, expanding our impact and building on the success of our Adult Day program in north central Montana. Adult Day Services provides a unique daytime care option for older adults with memory loss, dementia, Alzheimer’s, or other medical or physical disabilities making it difficult for them to stay home alone safely. Participants spend the day interacting and socializing with other adults, and enjoying therapeutic activities designed to improve cognitive and physical health in a positive and relaxing environment. To lead this important work, we’re hiring an Adult Day Program Manager. This position will lead daily operations, supervise and grow a strong team, ensure compliance and quality standards, and build meaningful community connections.
