We were proud to celebrate the ribbon cutting for our Fairfield County Alcohol, Drug Addiction and Mental Health (ADAMH) Board project in Lancaster, featuring Venture Place Apartments and the Center of Hope. Venture Place Apartments provides permanent supportive housing for individuals transitioning back into society after facing challenges related to addiction and mental health, while the Center of Hope offers life skills training, resources, and support services for residents and the community. The project also includes a gazebo with a plaque honoring our superintendent, Dale Olive, who sadly passed away during construction, recognizing his dedication and lasting impact on the project. #BuildingTogether

Our Southeast Region team has just begun work at the Burson Building at University of North Carolina at Charlotte. This expansion and renovation will update the 40+ year-old lab, creating a more modern space for learning and research in Charlotte. The project includes upgrades to MEP and fire protection systems, along with new labs, offices, and learning spaces for students and faculty. We’re excited to see this transformation take shape as the future Honeywell Innovation Hub! #buildingtogether
