Apple spent months preparing yesterday’s launch. And then came the foldable #iPhone. 📱 The internet needed about 7 minutes to form an opinion. 😂 That might be the most interesting thing about modern product launches. Brands control: → the keynote → the campaign → the product photography → the messaging → the ads But they don’t control the conversation that happens next. Customers do. And increasingly, 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐢𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠. A #Reddit thread can change perception. A TikTok review can outperform an ad. One creator can explain the foldable iPhone better than the landing page. And 500 comments can reveal something no traditional dashboard was designed to find. That’s exactly why we’re building EmbedSocial 𝐒𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐋𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 -> to help brands turn all those scattered conversations across social media into something they can actually understand and act on. What do people love? What are they questioning? What are they complaining about? How do they compare you to competitors? And what’s gaining momentum right now? 𝐘𝐨𝐮 𝐥𝐚𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐡 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭. 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐜𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐥𝐚𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐡 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲 𝐚𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝 𝐢𝐭. The brands listening to both have the advantage. 👀 #SocialListening #UGC #CustomerInsights #Apple #EmbedSocial

My client's ICP machine EATS 742 calls a month. I found 3 channels it had never eaten. One held every answer to a question leadership asked for 2 years. The machine reads every ticket, quote, and after-sales call. Built it this year, 100% ICP-First (papa is proud of his baby). The question: what do customers say about us when we're not on the call? 1,298 of them had written it down. Nobody opened it. It's what every founder in my DMs wants too, plus 2 more: → Why does a contractor switch supplier without ever complaining → Which competitor gets recommended, by whom, to whom They wanted the customer who isn't talking to the company. The input we're getting is conversations we started. The customer at their politest. Most of the time. There are layers on layers on top of that. It happens at 22:00 on a review site. In an Instagram caption under a finished window. On Threads, where 4 strangers answer "which supplier is faster" and nobody from the company is in the room. So lets get the next puzzle piece. Already there. Already plenty. Never WIRED in. 1. Reviews → 1,120 on Feedback Company. 178 on Trustpilot. Google, per location. Read by every prospect. Read by the company never. 2. User Generated Content → Contractors filming finished windows on Instagram and TikTok, tagging the brand. Case studies in the customer's own words, shot on his phone. UNCLAIMED. 3. Mentions → Threads, X, YouTube comments. Brand and competitors compared by name, by people who'll never fill in a form. 0 listening. The base layer is 700 conversations a month. The 1,298 free ones are the layer on top. I'm hyper Dutch, so free beats expensive ;). It was already there, ready to be used Just needed EmbedSocial to connect the dots. It pulls reviews, UGC and mentions from 11 platforms into 1 place. Its MCP plugs that straight into Claude. Same prompts we already run on the calls. Same machine. 3 more fuel lines. 0 new interviews needed. 100 smiles on the team. I'm 101% sure you should feed your meeting transcripts to the ICP MONSTER. But this... OOF. If you have it, it's an unfair advantage. There is so much more utility in this tool than I thought. Definite add to my arsenal. Go check out EmbedSocial's new MCP if you want to analyse everything people say about you when you're not in the room: https://lnkd.in/en3P97Gv

Your marketing team: “We need more content.” Meanwhile, your customers: 📸 posting your product 🎥 making videos about it ⭐ leaving reviews 💬 recommending it to friends 🏷️ tagging your brand Your best content team might not actually work for you. 😂 That’s the funny thing about #UGC. Brands spend hours trying to create content that feels real… while customers are creating real content for free. The opportunity is not just collecting UGC. It’s putting it to work: → on your website → on product pages → in ads → in emails → across social Because sometimes: “I bought this and I love it.” is a better sales pitch than the 17 meetings it took to approve: “Experience the future of innovation.” 😅 𝗨𝗚𝗖 𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗻𝘀 𝗵𝗮𝗽𝗽𝘆 𝗰𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗯𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝘀𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲. #UGC #EmbedSocial #CustomerLove #Sales

𝐋𝐚𝐬𝐭 𝐀𝐮𝐠𝐮𝐬𝐭, 𝐈 𝐟𝐥𝐞𝐰 𝐭𝐨 𝐉𝐚𝐩𝐚𝐧 𝐭𝐨 𝐦𝐞𝐞𝐭 𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭 𝐄𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐝𝐒𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐮𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐬 — 𝐘𝐚𝐦𝐚𝐡𝐚. 🇯🇵 And as a girl who loves motorcycles, I have to say, this was one of those work trips I was extra excited about. 🏍️❤️ Sitting with their team and talking about UGC was special. But one of the most interesting things I learned actually happened years before we ever met. Their digital marketing team had tested their usual ads against ads made with real customer posts. The result? 𝐔𝐆𝐂 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐝 𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐧 𝟐𝐱 𝐛𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐜𝐨𝐬𝐭 𝐦𝐮𝐜𝐡 𝐥𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐞. That test changed the way they looked at customer content. Today, Yamaha Motor uses EmbedSocial across different markets, and Yamaha Music uses video UGC on its magazine sites. During our conversations, one thing became very clear to me: UGC for a global company like Yamaha is about much more than adding a widget to a website. Three things stood out: 𝟏. 𝐈𝐭 𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐝𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐛𝐞 𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐲 𝐭𝐨 𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞. Yamaha has many teams and companies in different markets. They needed a simple way for each team to manage its own content, while keeping everything organized in one place. 𝟐. 𝐔𝐆𝐂 𝐡𝐞𝐥𝐩𝐬 𝐩𝐞𝐨𝐩𝐥𝐞 𝐢𝐦𝐚𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐞 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭. When someone is thinking about buying a motorcycle, they don’t only want to see a perfect photo of the bike. They want to see #real people riding it. Where they go. What they do. And what owning that motorcycle actually feels like. Real customer photos tell that story naturally. 𝟑. 𝐘𝐨𝐮 𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐝 𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐦𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐭𝐨 𝐮𝐬𝐞 𝐜𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐫 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐭. Finding great customer posts is only one part of the job. Yamaha also needed an easy way to ask customers for permission and keep track of which content they could use. They were asking us for this before we had built it. So their needs helped us build our rights management feature. By the end of our meeting, we weren’t talking much about widgets anymore. We were talking about which markets could be next. And that’s what I find most interesting about UGC: 𝐈𝐭 𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐬𝐦𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐭𝐞𝐬𝐭. 𝐖𝐡𝐞𝐧 𝐢𝐭 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐬, 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐰𝐡𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐧𝐲 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐰𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐮𝐬𝐞 𝐢𝐭 𝐧𝐞𝐱𝐭. Maybe that fits Yamaha’s own words perfectly: “𝐑𝐞𝐯𝐬 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐭.” ❤️ Full Yamaha case study in the comments👇 P.S. And for a motorcycle girl, visiting Yamaha’s showroom was definitely a highlight. 🏍️ It’s one thing to work with a brand like Yamaha. It’s another to stand next to the bikes and experience the brand in person. ❤️ #UGC #DigitalMarketing #CustomerExperience #EmbedSocial

Most companies think they have a traffic problem. Many actually have a #trust problem. Imagine walking into two restaurants: - One is empty. - One has people waiting outside. The food might be identical. But your brain has already made a decision. 𝗧𝗵𝗮𝘁'𝘀 𝘀𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗼𝗳. Online, it's the same: ⭐ Reviews 📸 Customer photos 🎥 UGC videos 📊 Usage numbers 🏢 Customer logos 💬 Testimonials These aren't just "nice marketing assets." They're shortcuts our brains use to answer one question: "Has someone like me already trusted this?" The interesting part? Social proof isn't only about increasing conversions. It also reduces the mental effort required to make a decision. People don't always buy the best product. They often buy the product that feels like the safest choice. If your landing page still relies mostly on feature lists and marketing copy, ask yourself: 👉 Where is the evidence? Because features tell. Customers prove, and EmbedSocial helps with this! What's the most effective piece of social proof you've seen convince you to buy something recently? #EmbedSocial #SocialProof #UGC #CustomerTrust

Most AI projects look VERY templated. It's mainly because of one thing... CONTENT. A hero section with actual customer photos and reviews reads as premium instantly. I've started showing builders EmbedSocial as my go-to. Multiple sections of real UGC content build trust with your customers. A must-have for any ecommerce project. Connect real UGC and reviews. It changes how the design feels.

🚀 Your AI just got access to your social proof. You can now connect EmbedSocial directly to ChatGPT via MCP (Model Context Protocol). 🎉 No more exporting CSVs. No more copy-pasting reviews. No more switching between tabs. Once connected, ChatGPT can securely access your EmbedSocial widgets and help you: ✅ Analyse reviews and UGC ✅ Summarise customer feedback ✅ Find recurring complaints or feature requests ✅ Generate social media posts from real customer reviews ✅ Create reports in seconds ✅ Answer questions using your live social proof, not outdated exports It takes just a couple of minutes to connect, more info in comments. This is how AI should work, not by guessing, but by using your actual business data. And my favourite part... We've officially promoted ChatGPT from "creative writing intern" to "customer insights analyst." 😄 What would you ask your reviews if they could answer back? #MCP #ChatGPT #AI #CustomerReviews #UGC

Canva presentations don't have to stay static anymore. One thing I see marketers doing all the time is taking screenshots of their social media just to paste them into Canva. The problem? The moment you export your presentation, proposal, or portfolio... those screenshots are already outdated. Now you can embed a live EmbedSocial widget directly into Canva, so your content updates automatically whenever new posts, reviews, or #UGC are added. No more replacing screenshots before every client meeting. Some ideas you might not have thought about: ✅ Sales decks with live customer reviews ✅ Investor presentations showing real customer love ✅ Media kits with an always-fresh Instagram or TikTok feed ✅ Event presentations displaying a live hashtag wall ✅ Restaurant menus featuring the latest customer photos ✅ Real estate brochures showcasing recent property posts ✅ Internal company presentations celebrating new social content ✅ Digital portfolios that stay updated without redesigning them It's one of those small features that quietly saves hours of manual work while making every presentation feel current. If your social content changes every day, your Canva designs should too. Have you ever had to update dozens of screenshots before an important presentation? 👀

It's easy to celebrate numbers. What's harder, and much more valuable, is building a #team that keeps pushing forward long after the celebration ends. We're a remote-first team in EmbedSocial, so getting everyone together doesn't happen often. That's what made last week so special. We had the chance to collaborate in person for 2 days, share ideas, plan what's next, and celebrate an incredible milestone: 𝟰𝟬𝟬,𝟬𝟬𝟬 𝘂𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘀. 🎉 Grateful for everyone who's been part of this journey. • Your best content shouldn't disappear into the social feed while your website stays frozen in time. With EmbedSocial, every new #LinkedIn post can instantly become fresh content on your website, helping visitors see your latest insights where it matters most. One post. More reach. A website that never goes stale. ✨ 👇

365 posts a year. Zero visible on my own website. The one place buyers go to verify me was the only place I wasn't talking. It took a prospect to rub it in. "I came in through your content," he said. Then he opened my website, and nothing on it sounded like the guy he'd been reading. My content lives on LinkedIn. Daily. It books my calls. It IS my pipeline. My website? Static pages that hadn't said anything new in months. So buyers met the boring version of me at the exact moment they were deciding. This has bugged me for months. This week I finally fixed it, on camera, in minutes. → My posts land on my Library page now. → EmbedSocial pulls that feed into a widget. Pick a layout, one style tweak, and grab the embed code. → Paste it on the site. Refresh. /// Small print worth knowing: LinkedIn only opens feed access for company pages. Fine. Two birds, one post. My website now updates itself every time I post. I write once, it sells twice. And the part I didn't expect. It also pulls every post where someone mentions my brand page into one dashboard. Colleagues, clients, peers. Proof I never collected, suddenly in one place, embeddable next to the feed. Alive on LinkedIn, alive on my own domain. Finally the same company. Check it out: https://embedsocial.com/ When did your website last say something new?
