As Hospital Week officially comes to a close tomorrow, I want to thank our 28,000 team members and healthcare professionals across the country who bring exceptional expertise, compassion and dedication to improving lives every single day. I started the week at Glenbrook Hospital, where I joined team members for an important conversation about how we continue to improve access to high-quality healthcare. Thank you to our panelists Kate Lawler, Evan DeVoe, Michelle Meziere and Jim Economou for sharing thoughtful perspectives on both the challenges we face and the meaningful work underway to address them. That morning, I also had the opportunity to spend time at our Hospital Week celebration, connecting with team members, learning more about resources and initiatives supporting wellness, spiritual care, team member safety and Project PaSSport — and, of course, snapping a few photos and checking out the ice cream. And how fitting that last evening we gathered for our first-ever Heart of Endeavor celebration, honoring team members with 20-plus years of service. The stories shared throughout the evening, the connections made and, yes, even the dance moves, were truly inspiring. Congratulations to all of our honorees, especially Dr. Karla Fogel and Dr. Janardan Khandekar, celebrating an incredible 50 years of service. What an extraordinary milestone! Thank you to everyone who made this evening possible. Weeks like this are a powerful reminder of why we do what we do. I am incredibly proud to be part of this organization and grateful for the team members who are the heart of Endeavor Health and our communities.

And, to end last week on a high note, one of our amazing night shift nurses, Daniel Cha, was recognized with the Preceptor Award at our annual Nurses Week award ceremony—an honor so well deserved.
