It’s #InfrastructureWeek2026! 🏗️ We’re kicking things off with one of our most impactful projects: the State Correctional Institute in Dallas, Pennsylvania. Facing aging infrastructure and rising utility costs, SCI Dallas set out to improve operational efficiency and modernize critical systems across its 50-building campus. Through our partnership, the facility implemented a wide range of infrastructure improvements, including central plant upgrades, LED lighting improvements, steam upgrades, and water conservation measures designed to support long-term performance and resiliency. Today, SCI Dallas saves more than $2 million annually in energy and operational costs while operating more efficiently for the future. ➡️ Discover more about the project today: 🔗 https://hubs.la/Q04h098w0

We are proud to work with UWC-USA to enhance campus reliability, prevent demobilization, and improve overall safety and security, all made possible through C-PACE funding.
✏️ School's out, but C-PACE is in. UWC-USA, a New Mexico boarding school, financed major CapEx upgrades on campus with ~$5M of C-PACE financing. ⚡ Amalgamated Bank recently closed this nearly $5M C-PACE financing, transacted on the FASTPACE platform. The C-PACE funds comprehensive efficiency & resiliency measures across the campus, driving an est. $82k in annual cost savings while hardening the school against severe weather, thanks to their partnership with Energy Systems Group (ESG). 🥇 This is the first FASTPACE closing in New Mexico, closed through New Mexico C-PACE, a program administered by Adelante Consulting, Inc. Eric Christensen of Adelante Consulting, Inc. shared: "The New Mexico C-PACE program is thrilled to close its first project in San Miguel County and its first transaction through the FASTPACE platform. We are proud that our program supported UWC-USA in making its campus more resilient and energy efficient."

Earth Day is a great reminder that progress can come from small changes. 💡🌎 Simple choices like recycling more or using a reusable water bottle can make a lasting impact over time. The same idea applies to our work. From lighting upgrades to HVAC improvements, small efficiencies across a portfolio of buildings can lead to significant energy savings and long-term cost reduction. This Earth Day, make a small change and create a big impact. #EarthDay #Community
