At EquipmentShare, our mission to build the future extends beyond the jobsite; it lives in the communities we serve. Last week, our team was honored to participate in Habitat for Humanity’s Women Build, joining women from across the industry to help create new opportunities for local families. Together, we work side by side to build homes and support the path to homeownership. We’re proud to be part of work that leaves a lasting impact. Thank you to our team and all the volunteers who made this effort possible.

Construction Safety Week is a time to recognize the importance of keeping people safe across every jobsite. Here at EquipmentShare, safety is our number one priority. We build it into how we operate. The way we use technology, the visibility we create on jobsites, and the expectations we set all play a role in keeping people safe. Because safety does not start on the jobsite. It starts long before that, in the decisions we make, the standards we set, and the way we show up every day. The work we do only matters if everyone makes it home at the end of the day. That is the standard we hold ourselves to, not just this week, but every day.

This week marks 11 years of EquipmentShare. What started with a simple idea, that every jobsite should run more productively, has grown into something much bigger. This past year was a major milestone, including our Nasdaq IPO. But what matters most hasn’t changed. We’re still relentlessly focused on serving our customers and solving real problems on the jobsite. To our 8,200+ team members and the customers who’ve trusted us along the way, thank you. We’re just getting started. Take a look back at the journey: https://lnkd.in/gVvFNrCZ

It’s National Apprenticeship Week, and we’re spotlighting Dustin Davis, an apprentice technician from Port Charlotte, Florida, who is making the most of every hands-on opportunity. His days start with inspections and quickly move into troubleshooting and repairing downed equipment. He values the challenge because it pushes him to learn new techniques and build real-world skills. Dustin says the apprentice program is a valuable experience that shows you new ways to approach situations you may have already encountered. Thinking about joining? Come ready to learn and grow. The experience can change how you see the work⬇️ https://lnkd.in/gdPAzGVt
