Honored to join "At This Time" and talk about all things hiring. Thanks for a great conversation Eric DeSobe!
A few years ago, “no excuses” was the norm in classrooms: straight lines, no talking, rigid rules. Today? It’s all about joy, cultural responsiveness, and logical consequences. Jessica Edelman has seen this shift firsthand while hiring educators for nearly a decade. In our latest convo on At This Time, she breaks down how her team screens for teachers who are truly in it for all kids—and what mindset still trips up even the most promising candidates. 👂 Listen in if you're hiring, teaching, or just curious where education is heading. 🎥 Watch on YouTube: https://lnkd.in/gzd6Vc2u 🎙️ Or search "At This Time" wherever you get your podcasts
