For the second year in a row, Ergon Trucking is proud to accept the Grand Award in the National Tank Truck Carriers (NTTC) North American Safety Contest. Competing in the For-Hire Carrier Category, we placed first in the Class 3 Harvison Division. Our drivers traveled more than 37 million miles while achieving the lowest accident frequency in our mileage range. We also received the Grand Award in the 2025 Personnel Safety Contest, which measures safety performance based on total hours worked. The NTTC Competitive Safety Contest recognizes the safest tank truck carriers and private fleets across North America by evaluating accident frequency across various mileage categories. Ergon Terminaling’s Marietta, Ohio, terminal was recently recognized for their safety record. In 2025, they worked over 36,800 man hours and transferred 4,173,628 barrels of product without a recordable safety incident. This marks over 247 weeks since their last incident. Members of our Information Technology Team donated more than 2,000 pounds of food and a freezer to We Will Go in Jackson, Mississippi. This organization supports local families through grocery distribution, afterschool literacy programs and summer learning opportunities for students. We were a proud sponsor of Hack Beta at University of Mississippi, a 24-hour hackathon organized by the computer and information science department for students to come together to solve real-world technology challenges provided by industry partners. Ergon's sponsored challenge required students to create a streamlined system to organize queries and documentation inside Salesforce. One team’s work was so strong that our Information Technology Team has already refined it and implemented it within Ergon’s Salesforce System. Opportunities like these highlight the importance of hands-on learning and innovation, and we’re grateful to support experiences that help shape the next generation of industry professionals.
