Attendee safety is top of mind across the events industry right now. Our Managing Director, Steve Goodman, spoke about how organizations are approaching security for large-scale meetings and events.
As SXSW kicks off today in Austin, cities across the U.S. are seeing increasing police presence as a result of the war in the Middle East and multiple acts of violence that are being investigated as domestic terrorism. We had the opportunity to host Etherio for a site visit at the Sandy Springs Performing Arts Center and give them a firsthand look at why it stands out as a premier meeting and event venue in Georgia. The experience had a Mardi Gras theme, and included a behind the scenes tour of the entire facility, from the terrace meeting rooms to the Studio Theatre and the stunning Byers Theatre. To top it off, the catering team at the Performing Arts Center treated us to unbelievable lunch right on the Byers Theatre stage.
