This month for #TeamTuesday we spoke to Rachel Moran, Human Resources Officer in our Baton Rouge office. She joined FNBB in January of 2024. She lives in St. Amant, Louisiana with her husband, Dillan, their puppy Craig (a cavapoo), and their almost 18-month year-old, Callum. In February, she and her husband will celebrate 3 years of being married and have been together since 2015. Since being together, they’ve enjoyed traveling and exploring new places even more. Their favorite trip so far has been to the Bahamas, and they’re hoping to go back soon and bring Callum along. When she’s not at work, you can usually find her playing with Callum, spending time with family and friends, or enjoying the outdoors. What do you love about FNBB? What I love most about FNBB is the leadership team and how friendly and personable they are. The leadership here is unlike anything I’ve experienced before. It truly feels like a company that cares and leads with compassion. What card or board games do you like to play? Growing up, my family loved playing card and board games. Some of my favorites were Monopoly, Chess, Spoons, and Rummy. These days, I enjoy playing with Callum – setting up his train set, playing peekaboo, and going on walks together.
