Our vision for Hobson College at Princeton University is becoming a reality.
We are lighting designers. We explore and understand architectural design and creative intent to achieve a seamless integration of light and space. We create magic. We use light to narrate the architect’s story enhancing the communication of design through environmentally and economically conscious lighting solutions. Since 1971 we have applied our expertise to a wide breadth of projects including museums, towers, corporate interiors, concert halls, private residences, casinos, universities, airports and train stations. We use the latest advancements in technology to create sustainable and manageable solutions that aesthetically and figuratively function within each environment.

Vancouver Waterfront Park 🌞 With warmer weather finally here, it’s the ideal time to experience the award-winning Vancouver Waterfront Park — proudly designed in collaboration with PWL Partnership Landscape Architects Inc. and Larry Kirkland. 🌞 Situated along a half-mile stretch of south-facing riverfront, the Vancouver Waterfront Park represents the redevelopment of the old Boise-Cascade mill site on the Columbia River. The Grant Street Pier provides a dramatic visitor experience. Fixtures mounted to cablestay piers highlight the mast's structure while discreet steplights integrated into guardrail stanchions provide pedestrian lighting along the pier. Marker lights along the pier edge connect the pier to the nautical history of the site. 📌 Vancouver, Washington 📸 Gramor 📐 PWL Partnership 🎨Larry Kirkland Visit our website to learn more about this project: https://lnkd.in/gwMuxnt2
It is such an honor to be on the team for this exceptional project.
We’re thrilled to share that The Twenty Two New York has been named a Finalist in the Architizer A+Awards for Commercial Adaptive Reuse. This transformation of 16 East 16th Street reimagines an 1891 YWCA dormitory designed by R. H. Robertson as a nine-story, 80,000-square-foot boutique hotel and private club in Union Square. The project balances preservation with contemporary design, featuring a reconstructed sandstone ground floor and a reinterpretation of Robertson’s unbuilt upper story through a glass curtain wall screened by ultra-high-performance concrete. Public voting is now open, and you can vote once per day through May 15. To Vote: https://lnkd.in/evQcvaTG

In 1998, our team worked with Davis Brody Bond to update the lighting in the iconic Rose Reading Room by adding hidden sources to enhance the historic architectural features of the space. We not only added innovative and modern lighting but also restored original chandeliers. Our hard work was recognized with the Lucy G. Construction is nearing completion on The Center for Aerospace Technology II, the second of three advanced research and laboratory facilities at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University's Research Park in Daytona Beach, FL. Designed with research and collaboration in mind, the new facility includes a Space and Atmospheric Instrumentation Laboratory (SAIL) and fabrication maker space. The design draws inspiration from the dynamic vibrancy of spacescape imagery made possible through the research and technology developed in these labs. #ERAU #aerospaceinnovation
