Brandon recognized the incredible accomplishments of our Alabama centers, noting “the fact that Genesis here in Alabama has the percentage of five star buildings that they do on that bell curve rationale is just incredible.” He also spoke to the broader impact quality ratings have on access to care, emphasizing how they influence preferred provider relationships, Medicare Advantage participation, and the ability for residents to receive the care they need and deserve. Over the past several months, I’ve had the opportunity to spend time in many of our centers, and what stands out most is the consistency of their commitment. Our nurses show up for patients and residents, families, and one another in ways that truly define who we are and what it means to lead with heart. What sets our teams apart is not just the care they deliver, but how they deliver it. Our nurses bring clinical expertise, critical thinking, and compassion into every interaction, creating moments of comfort, dignity, and connection while supporting strong outcomes for those we serve.
