If your 2026 GTM motion isn't routing by aux cord privileges, my brother in B2B, what are we doing out here?? This is our pitch for the Clay x 20 years of Spotify integration: 1. 𝗙𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁-𝘀𝗼𝗻𝗴-𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗮𝘀 𝗜𝗖𝗣 𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗮𝗹: every prospect's first-ever Spotify stream becomes a Clay column = the most unhinged origin story data point ever shipped. 2. 𝗗𝗮𝘆𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘁 𝗮𝘀 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗱𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 + 𝗹𝘆𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗯𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗸𝗱𝗼𝘄𝗻𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗰𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺 𝗲𝗺𝗮𝗶𝗹𝘀: prospect's Daylist reads "corporate girlie melancholic monday afternoon" = send the deck before they log off at 3pm. 3. 𝗔𝗹𝗹-𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝘁𝗼𝗽 𝗽𝗼𝗱𝗰𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝗮𝘀 𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆 𝗿𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴: fav podcast is "How I Built This" = founder → route to enterprise growth team. 4. 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗯 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝘆𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘁 𝗮𝘀 𝗱𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗴𝗲: champion makes you a Spotify collab playlist = closed-won, required to commit forecast. 5. 𝗖𝗹𝗮𝘆 𝗶𝗻 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝘁𝗚𝗣𝗧 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗺𝗽𝘁: "Find me 50 prospects whose all-time #1 song is 'Don't Stop 'Til You Get Enough'" = enriched list in HubSpot by lunch. PLUS: We made a playlist for GTM Engineers ⬇️ Spotify, our people will reach out about an enterprise beta.

Clay's recruiting team turns every new employee's LinkedIn connections into a warm-intro pipeline. The play: 1. Employee exports their full LinkedIn network 2. Clay finds who they've worked with at past jobs 3. Recruiter sends a warm intro (not a cold ask) 4. Candidate enters Ashby pre-vetted by a coworker This is just ONE of THREE motions Danielle runs at Clay. The other two: ➡️ ATS rediscovery: re-enrich 10,000+ past applicants to find the people you said no to in 2023 who'd be perfect for the role open today. ➡️ Signal-based screening: stop keyword-matching resumes. Surface the viral TikTok campaign, the non-profit, the side project that tells you who's actually worth a call. The whole playbook is the same shape as outbound sales... Find the right peeps, find the right signals, and reach out with something that doesn't read like a bot. Recruiting has been stuck in 2014. Go-to-market changed last week. Watch Davide and Danielle break it down LIVE: 📆 Next Thurs, May 21 @ 12 PM ET 🔗 clay.link/tHQvQfQ

We're launching Clay's first YouTube journalism channel, 2500 degrees! We're going to be telling stories about people growing businesses, inventing jobs, and finding fortunes in niches nobody's watching — all while AI and geopolitics constantly change things up. If you think making money in 2026 is all about techies stressing about AI, open your eyes. There's a whole world out there: trucking empires, auctioneering schools, students with six-fig side gigs, and plenty of weirder, emerging businesses I'm still learning about. Our first video features Jack and Dominykas, two besties from Malaysia and Lithuania who went from doing hard labor at grape factories to building a six-figure GTM engineering business...while still in college. On some days, Jack made €150 an hour consulting and €9 an hour bartending. They didn't even post about their graduation in case people took them less seriously! Our bar for this channel will always be whether we would actually want to watch any video we make in our free time. Jake, Herrine, Tucker, and I are going to tell good stories, period. Our boss is our audience — not Varun Anand <3 first episode here: https://lnkd.in/eDDajty5

What comes before every masterpiece? 🧐 The work to get it right. Michelangelo shaped wax models before sculpting David Margaret Hamilton ran sim after sim before Apollo 11 I.M. Pei built a 1:1 mockup on-site before the Louvre GTM has Claygent Builder: 1/ Build agents in natural language 2/ Test on real data before you spend a credit 3/ Deploy everywhere from one place 🔗 Try Claygents out for free: clay.link/nYBhlHE and big s/o to Mark Wangerin for lending his voice 🧈

Seating chart builder with Clay? When we host dinners we rank everyone based their SFDC activity and enriched data we have on the contact. Depending on if they are an Executive Buyer, Champion, Primary User, Existing Customer or Partner we strategically place them around our tables. Our events team uses a vibe coded app that feeds off this data to rearrange guests. This allows our ClayDR team to follow up both internally and externally with the right context. After the event concludes an automated system pings the Clay hosts that were sitting closest to the guest to understand what the conversation was. The host enters that information and it's synced back into SFDC. Externally that context gets inserted into copy that is preloaded for the team to review before it's sent to the guest the next day. That allows us to "carry on the conversation" and has resulted in measurably higher meeting bookings post-event than our old system of hosting events and generically following up with guests after. Field marketing is a perfect use case for a system that combines layers of automation and tooling with human feedback and intervention. As we have focused on "in person" as a key channel this year we have iterated on a number of flows that make this motion sing. Right now in person events are our highest converting channel. Let me know other tips y'all have for automating around the real world! Curious what other events teams or GTM Engineers working on events are doing.
