That's a wrap on the HIPE Conference! With so much shifting across technology and global supply chains, it was valuable to bring leaders together to share insights and talk through what's ahead. A lot goes into making something like this happen, and it wouldn't have come together without our amazing partners and team behind the scenes putting in the work. We are looking forward to seeing you next year, May 4-6, 2027!

Final day of the inaugural Hill Industry Partner Exchange. As an Air Force representative, much of my time during the event included describing our sustainment functions with industry, and “matchmaking” our existing suppliers with potential new subs. Each team I spoke with offered exceptional insight and demonstrated in-depth expertise. I was honored, humbled, and exceedingly delighted with the experience!

What an incredible Day 2 at Hill Industry Partner Exchange (HIPE)! The energy, innovation, and insights shared today were absolutely next-level. Highlights: Defending Tomorrow: We kicked things off with a powerful session from Aaron Starks, CEO & President of 47G, who delivered a phenomenal presentation on Speed, Scale, and Superiority. Frontier Tech: This was followed by an engaging fireside chat with Justin Krauss and Joe Kaiser, diving deep into The Strategic Edge of Frontier Tech. The future of tech is moving incredibly fast, and this discussion proved we need to be ready to meet it. In the afternoon, I had the absolute privilege of moderating a top-notch panel: Incentivizing Growth: Maximizing State & Local Resources in a Rapidly Changing Environment. A massive thank you to my outstanding panelists for sharing their invaluable insights and expertise: Jefferson Moss, Ben Hart, Ben Nadolski and Joy Petro. Navigating growth and resource management in today's rapidly shifting landscape requires serious collaboration, and this group brought phenomenal perspectives to the table. Looking forward to keeping this momentum going. #HIPEOgden #FrontierTech #EconomicDevelopment #Innovation #Leadership #47G #UtahBusiness #GrowthStrategy #OgdenCity #LaytonCity #UIPA #GOED

How to write a capability statement that stands out? That is the focus on this breakout session presented by LSI at the Hill Industry Partner Exchange. Think about reading your capabilities statement, as if you were a program manager, contractor, or buyer….. do you understand it? Does it feel relevant? Do you trust it? #defense #acquisition #contracting
