On May 12, Hill International joined the Loudoun County Government Department of Transportation and Capital Infrastructure (DTCI) and their project team to break ground on the County’s new General Government Office Building. The $100 million project will deliver a 125,000 SF facility that will house staff from multiple County departments and reduce reliance on leased office space. Hill is providing construction management services for the project. Our team includes First Vice President, Washington, DC Operations Mike Mologne, Project Director Christopher Graziani, CCM, Assistant Project Manager Samad Iqbal, and QA Manager Mark Wray. This week's #Hill50 project is the Nashville Yards development, which delivered a walkable new district in downtown Nashville. The 19-acre development includes residential units, hotels, retail and dining options, entertainment facilities, offices, park space, and more. In addition to expanding opportunities for work and leisure, the district enhances connections between other popular locations across Nashville, making the entire city more walkable. Hill supported multiple construction packages associated with Nashville Yards. Our team provided project and construction management, cost and schedule control, and coordination services to help deliver the development as envisioned.
