"Bonnie Beard started her career as an Accountant in 1987 after graduating from West Chester University with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, concentrating in Accounting. She worked for a Fortune 500 International Waste Company, starting as a Senior Accountant and resigning as a District Assistant Controller to pursue a career in staffing. She started in 1992 as a staff recruiter in the Accounting division for a national firm in Houston. In 1999 she opened her own firm, The Beard Group, primarily servicing clients in the Houston area but also successfully completed projects nationally and internationally. In 2005 she joined forces with other independent recruiters and formed a partnership, HIRE Strategies, LP.
