    Rapid growth requires the #right people, fast. Following an acquisition, Clearly Clean invested $24.9M in a new facility in #Frackville, PA—and needed to hire 150 people immediately with limited brand awareness and HR resources. HTI deployed our STAT (Start-ups and Transitions Team) alongside a targeted marketing and recruiting strategy to support hiring, onboarding, and long-term workforce stability. 102 people were on assignment within 90 days, plant-wide staffing stabilized, and Clearly Clean built strong recognition in the local market. We were proud to support Clearly Clean during a pivotal stage of their growth.
