April’s Earth Month was a powerful reminder that small actions, when taken together, can create meaningful impact. Across our #GBS hubs, our teams stepped up to do their part for the planet—rolling up their sleeves to protect local ecosystems, engage their communities, and turn commitment into concrete action. 🌊 In Kuala Lumpur, 44 volunteers spent the morning restoring the shoreline through a clean‑up initiative at Pantai Bagan Lalang beach, sorting trash from recyclables to measure CO2 impact and supporting healthy mangrove growth. 🌱 In Costa Rica, we planted 75 native trees in Barva, Heredia. Guided by an environmental engineer, we learned firsthand how reforestation helps preserve biodiversity and create habitats for wildlife and birds. 🌳 In Krakow, colleagues and family members cleaned Reduta Park's forest and riverbank in partnership with city services, collecting significant waste to help keep the city greener. “These grassroots CSR initiatives are essential, not just for the environment, but for building a culture where people feel empowered to make a difference. We came together with Spring ISD last week to celebrate the sixth year of our partnership rooted in a shared belief: investing in students is an investment in the future of our community. During the event, 16 seniors from the Class of 2026 were recognized as scholarship recipients, each eligible to receive $20,000 over four years as they pursue degrees in STEM and business-related fields. With continued collaboration between us and Spring ISD, the legacy of the scholarship program grows stronger each year—opening doors, expanding opportunity, and helping students turn ambition into achievement. Did you know? 🌍 Across our GBS hubs, women make up nearly 70% of our workforce—a powerful testament to the talent, leadership, and impact of the women driving our success every day. This #InternationalWomensDay, our teams came together to celebrate, connect, and empower in their own unique way! Here's a look at how we marked the occasion: 💐 In Kuala Lumpur, we embraced this year's #IWD2026 theme, "Give to Gain", with a clothes donation drive, collecting four full boxes of clothing to support a local women's shelter. Our team also tapped into their creative side during a Pipe Cleaner Art Session led by our internal expert, Yoke Meng Yue, where we not only learned a new skill but also got to bring home a beautiful handmade flower as a sweet reminder of the day. 🥖 In Kraków, we gathered for a shared breakfast, and yes, the men joined in on the celebration too! With a spread of breads, jams, cheeses, ham, honey, and fresh fruits, it was a warm and relaxed way to start the day, connecting across teams. Later, appreciation cards were distributed, giving everyone a chance to express gratitude and recognize one another. 💄 In San José, we dedicated the entire month of March to celebrating! Highlights included a Skincare & Makeup Beauty Workshop led by four of our talented colleagues (Rebeca Carmona, Karla Corrales, Alexandra Coto, Melissa Adams) and an empowering Open Dialogue session where two of our visiting leaders (Nooshin Vaughn, VP FP&A and Global Business Services and María Isabel Brennan, VP of Global Supply Chain – Performance Products) shared insights on career growth, navigating ambition, and embracing their identities. The conversation left our female associates energized and inspired to champion confidence, visibility, and influence. “International Women’s Day goes beyond celebration. It reflects the culture we create through everyday actions. One where women feel seen, supported, and empowered to rise.
