Spanning three levels, the design pairs flexible work environments with amenity-rich spaces that support everything from focused productivity to social connection. From a speakeasy-inspired lounge and cooking demonstrations to vibrant game and dining spaces, each amenity offers its own distinct character. The range of experiences feels varied, memorable, and intentionally designed to draw employees in.

As #EarthMonth comes to a close, we’re celebrating a project where sustainability is built into the experience 🌎 Signage created from diverted local Douglas Firs is designed to weather and evolve with the landscape, while interpretive elements highlight native habitats, restoration, and local species—turning movement into moments of learning. Bird and bat houses extend this approach, supporting local ecosystems and embedding habitat directly into the design. A sculptural “7” adds a layer of discovery, revealing itself only from certain viewpoints. The result is a system that connects people, place, and ecology—making sustainability visible and lasting.
