How do we help our portfolio companies decide how and when to expand their offerings? We listen to customers! At Smile Source, for instance, we conducted voice of the customer research to help evaluate what tools and services their network of dentists prioritized. Based on those findings, the team was able to create more network-friendly packages to accelerate growth. Keshav Raghavan explains more in the video below!

Congratulations to Accredited Labs on closing 4 add-ons so far this year. Accredited Labs is a provider of calibration and repair services to customers’ mission-critical test & measurement equipment and instrumentation. Through these acquisitions, the company has expanded its calibration service capabilities while increasing its presence across key commercial, industrial and infrastructure markets.
