This week, team Infinity came together for our Q2 Admin/DON meeting! This meeting was especially meaningful as it took place during #NationalSkilledNursingCareWeek and on the final day of #NursesWeek. We are incredibly fortunate to have three exceptional nurses serving on our executive team — Tricia Thacker, COO, Melonie McManus, CNO, and Tami Toreja RN/BSN RAC-CT, CRO. Each was presented with a customized bottle of wine and a personal message of appreciation for all they do. Every day, they lead with the compassion, skill, care, and kindness that define nursing, and we are truly privileged to have them as part of the Infinity family. 💚 From celebrating new highs, birthdays, our amazing Directors of Nursing, and all of the new lives we’ve served, to gaining valuable knowledge and inspiration, it was a meeting to remember. And of course, no Infinity meeting is complete without a little fun! From dueling pianos and delicious food to a local nightcap, it was the perfect way to wrap up an incredible time together. Recently, Linda Burke, our Indiana Regional Vice President of Operations, represented Infinity at Long-Term Care Day at the Indiana Statehouse. Hosted by the Indiana Health Care Association, this important event brings long-term care leaders together with state legislators to advocate for residents, caregivers, and the future of senior care across Indiana. Maintaining a strong partnership with IHCA is incredibly valuable to Infinity. Their leadership, advocacy, and support help ensure we stay informed, connected, and empowered to deliver the highest quality care to the client communities we serve.
