On Tuesday, January 20, IEUA joined regional partners for a Program Management Knowledge Share. The interactive workshop brought together Southern California water agencies to explore the challenges, opportunities, and benefits of programmatic delivery through open discussion and real-world examples. Three programs at different stages of delivery were highlighted, including a program led by Rancho Water, IEUA’s Chino Basin Program, and the Pure Water Project at Las Virgenes Municipal Water District, offering a side-by-side look at how programmatic delivery is applied across various scopes, timelines, and levels of maturity. The discussion offered a useful perspective as IEUA looks ahead to the continued development of the Chino Basin Program. Thank you to our partners and fellow agencies for sharing expertise, lessons learned, and perspectives that strengthen collaboration across the water sector.
