How does gender diversity make ship recycling safer, more innovative, and more productive? The IMO SENSREC project has just launched a new three-part video series exploring the vital and growing roles of women in the industry. The series highlights how increased inclusivity brings fresh perspectives, strengthens teamwork, and even helps reduce risky behaviors on the job. It also tackles essential topics like the prevention of harassment and discrimination to ensure a safe environment for all. We want these videos to serve as a conversation starter for taking concrete actions toward more sustainable and inclusive maritime workplaces.
