An out-of-spec result used to mean days searching through data for the root cause. 🫠 With Invert Assist, a full investigation is done with a single prompt, pulling directly from your actual run history to generate findings and recommended next steps in minutes. One clinical cell therapy team cut their average investigation from 11 days to under 4. See how it works: https://lnkd.in/gu9bWW32

~3,120 hours per program spent on operational work instead of science. Batch analysis, deviation closure, report writing, hunting through siloed systems. What would your team do with that time back? 🕔 #biotech #bioprocess
‼️ Wild stat from a top 20 CDMO that recently adopted Invert: This client was spending ~3,120 hours per program on batch analysis, deviation closure, report writing, and digging through historical data- something we see far more often than most teams expect. After implementing Invert, unifying and structuring their live & historical CMC data across systems into an analysis-ready layer, that effort dropped by 97.5%. Not because teams suddenly worked faster… but because the manual stitching across siloed data and workflows disappeared. Same teams. Same science. Completely different operating model. It raises a simple question: What is every one of those hours actually costing you? #Bioprocess #Biotech #DigitalTransformation

"I am so excited about the opportunities we have letting AI analyze data and write code…using all of the historical context from your data to help you get to insight." - Holger Hjorth Thorup, Invert's co-founder and CTO. That's the vision driving everything we build at Invert: a platform that doesn't just store your bioprocess data, but puts it to work so bioprocess teams can stop digging through data and start acting on it. 🧪🥼👀 #biotech #bioprocess

Meet Alex Felt, Invert's Head of Business Development. 🤝 Alex hears the same thing from bioprocess teams constantly: it takes too long to pull data together after an experiment and actually make use of it. Hear how Invert Assist changes that, and what Alex would tell any team evaluating bioprocess software right now. #biotech #bioprocess

That's a wrap on this year's #BioprocessingSummitEU and #BPIWest! 💫 We had the chance to chat with scientists and engineers from around the world who are working to bring the next generation of life-saving drugs to patients faster. A huge thank you to everyone who stopped by the Invert booth, shared their challenges around bioprocess data, and explored how Invert can help teams move faster with better data infrastructure and intelligent tools like Invert Assist. If we didn't get the chance to connect during the conferences, feel free to reach out here. We'd love to chat! #biotech

In a member-only discovery session, BioPhorum IT Digital and Data recently explored how AI agents can be engineered to deliver real, GMP-aligned value in biomanufacturing. Led by Invert, the discovery session brought together more than 50 industry leaders from 30 companies to go beyond AI hype and examine what it takes to deploy AI safely, effectively and at scale in manufacturing environments. Arianna Kalkandis and Masaki Yamada (Invert) presented key themes including: - The critical role of strong data foundations and standardization - Why context engineering and prompt design matter as much as model choice - How AI agents must operate as decision-support tools, not autonomous decision-makers - The importance of traceability, evaluation frameworks and continuous performance monitoring to build trust in AI outputs Real-world examples, from development phase data analysis to deviation root cause investigations, generated thoughtful discussion, which will be continued within BioPhorum IT Digital and Data working group sessions. The discussion highlighted strong alignment with ongoing BioPhorum initiatives around AI validation, assurance and data enablement. This week, we're in two places at once. 🪄 The Invert team is on both sides of the Atlantic for: 🌍 #BioProcessingSummitEU in Barcelona 🌎 #BPIWest in San Diego If you're attending either event, come say hi! We'd love to hear how your team is thinking about modernizing development workflows. #biotech

Root cause analysis shouldn't take hours. Invert Assist is the AI bioprocess partner that finds answers in minutes. Built on transparent code, Invert Assist is secure, compliant, and continuously verified on real bioprocess questions.
When I first saw what the Invert team was building, the product vision was clear and the AI wasn't just a buzzword. AI at Invert was doing real work. That's a big part of why I joined. Root cause analysis in #bioprocess typically takes days, sometimes even weeks. With Invert Assist, it takes minutes. Imagine this: A CQA is flagged out of spec. Instead of spending hours hunting through data across bioreactors, spreadsheets, and disconnected systems to find the root cause, you can ask Invert Assist, your AI bioprocess partner. Assist will work through any analysis step by step with transparent code to identify related runs and trace the issue back to its source. In this case, it's the antifoam during culture. Easy to miss when your data lives in 5 different places. Once you're finished running the analysis, you can export, share, and reproduce the report across teams. Big thanks to our Head of Product Masaki Yamada for a great walkthrough of this feature. If you're interested in learning more, let's talk!
