Click Bait What do you see when you look at new homes for sale? We can't help to look at the ceilings, yes we are attracted to the style of the home first. We are curious to the price, then we click to the interior pics and WTH?? When a home is priced north of $2.0M, (these are north of $5.5M) should the builder not have opted spending $4,000 in HVAC vents?? Could someone have managed the HVAC company to install the vents in an architectural or design placement?? They should at the very least wash the exterior walls with supply and pick up the returns on the interiors. One of the houses on Zillow has all of the vents in the middle of the floor plan with large exterior windows/doors...good luck cooling that space and obtaining balance, chuck that seer out the window! We are cursed, when we view a home, yes it may have amazing features, great spaces, well though layout and then BLAHHH. One of the most important components in a FL home was just slapped in, now we start looking at what else is subpar? Most people are oblivious to it, but to us it jumps out at you. Symmetry, try to layout with intention. Spend effort so your finish work resembles who you are. Actors, painters, sculptures, all have an art form. Make what you do your own art form! Our client in Old North East fired the previous local GC and hired us to finish the work.
