First, in support of Suit Up, a JCPenney initiative in partnership with universities to prepare students for the workforce, Shaq led a private shopping experience with students from Clayton University, helping them prepare for interviews with personalized styling, a gift card to purchase workwear essentials, and a complimentary JCPenney Portraits by Lifetouch session for professional headshots. The visit also included a meet‑and‑greet celebrating the launch of Shaq’s second fragrance, Eqlipse, available exclusively at JCPenney.     The numbers are in! Thanks to the generosity of our associates and customers, JCPenney raised over $450,000 during the 2025 Salvation Army Red Kettle Campaign across 199 store locations nationwide. These contributions supported The Salvation Army’s work in local communities, helping to provide meals, shelter, utility assistance, case management, and holiday support. Together, these resources helped children, seniors, and families experiencing hardship find comfort, hope, and stability during the holiday season and beyond.     The most head-turning looks of the season were on display last week in Paris – Paris, Texas, that is. You read that right. As Fashion Month came to a close, JCPenney delivered a runway moment of our own — nearly 5,000 miles away in our home state of Texas. And in true JCPenney fashion, we flipped every expectation of a traditional fashion show on its head. No velvet ropes. No hierarchy. No “if you have to ask” price tags. Just accessible, high-style fashion for every body and every budget. We showcased exclusive JCPenney labels all designed for real people and real budgets.     Jenny Martinez, TikTok influencer and Mexican‑cuisine chef, made special appearances this weekend at our JCPenney store locations at Town East Mall in Mesquite, TX, and The Parks Mall in Arlington, TX. She greeted fans and JCPenney customers, offering a gift to the first person in line, as well as raffles throughout the event. Mariachis helped set the tone during the meet‑and‑greet, bringing culture, energy, and fun to the experience. Jenny recently launched a new collection of cookware, kitchen, and dining items. She's now expanded her brand into bedding and bath, featuring vibrant colors and patterns inspired by her heritage and her family home.
