Farwa Imam has accepted the developmental assignment of District Pharmacy Manager for Districts 5 & 7. Farwa began her career with Jewel-Osco in 2012 as a part-time Pharmacy Student at store 0185 Naperville. Upon graduation in 2016 she became a Staff Pharmacist at the Darien store. In 2019, Farwa was promoted to Pharmacy Manager at store 0283 Wheaton before moving to store 4308 Schaumburg, her most recent assignment. Mike Beaman is cycling to store operations as Center Store Ops Specialist for District 7. Mike began his career with Jewel-Osco as a part-time Service Clerk at the Darien store in 2001. To further enhance his knowledge and career, Mike joined the Store Manager Training Program in 2011 where he cycled through various store departments before being promoted to Perishable Manager in 2013 at the Westchester store. He accepted the developmental assignment of Produce Ops Specialist later that year. In 2015 he rotated to the stores as a Food Assistant Store Director before being promoted to Store Director in 2018 at the Lisle store. Mike served in that capacity at several large volume stores in different markets, his last being the Westmont store. Mike accepted the developmental assignment of Assistant Sales Manager for Center Store in 2025, his most recent position. Tijana Nikic has accepted the developmental assignment of Bakery Ops Specialist for District 5. Tijana began her career at Jewel-Osco in 2008 as a part-time Courtesy Clerk at store 3407 Chicago. After working through roles of increasing responsibility in the Front End, Tijana was promoted to Assistant Front End Manager at store 3538 Chicago. To further enhance her career and knowledge Tijana joined the Store Manager Training program in 2015. While working through the phases of the program, Tijana gained experience in Deli and Bakery, before being promoted in 2016 to Bakery Manager at the Buffalo Grove store. In 2018 Tijana joined the Conversion Team and led system trainings across multiple divisions. Tijana was then promoted to Food Assistant Store Director at 3428 Evanston. To increase her cross-functional knowledge, Tijana cycled to the Drug side at the Des Plaines store. She was promoted to Store Director in 2022 at 3471 Wilmette. Tijana served in that capacity at several stores before moving to 3442 Chicago, her most recent assignment. Londreka Moore has accepted the developmental assignment of Deli Ops Specialist for District 6. Londreka began her career at Jewel-Osco in 2002 as a part-time Deli Clerk at the Dyer, IN store. To further enhance her career and knowledge, Londreka joined the Store Manager Training program in 2013. While working through the phases of the program, Londreka gained experience as a Deli Manager and a Grocery Manager. After successfully completing the program in 2017, Londreka was promoted to a Food Assistant Store Director at the Kankakee store. In 2018 Londreka joined the Conversion Team and led system trainings across multiple divisions. To increase her cross-functional knowledge, in 2020 Londreka cycled to the Drug side as an ASD. In 2025 Londreka was promoted to Store Director at the Homer Glen store, her most recent assignment. Ian Smythe has accepted the developmental assignment of Assistant Sales Manager for Center Store. Ian began his career at Jewel-Osco as a part-time Meat Wrapper in 2013 at the Bloomington store. In 2014 he became an Apprentice at store 3471 Wilmette. Ian was then promoted to a Journeyman in 2016 at the Skokie store before being promoted to Meat Manager in 2017 at the Deerfield store. In 2022, to further enhance his career and knowledge, Ian accepted the developmental assignment of Meat Ops Specialist for District 9. In 2025 he cycled to Operations as a Food Assistant Store Director at store 3441 Chicago. Later that year Ian was promoted to Store Director at 3454 Chicago before moving to 3368 Chicago, his most recent assignment. Todd Bristow has accepted the developmental assignment of Assistant Sales Manager for Center Store. Todd began his career as a part-time Meat Clerk and over nearly two decades rose through roles of increasing responsibility to become a Meat Manager in a number of different business units. Todd joined the Jewel-Osco team in 2013 as a Meat Ops Specialist in District 1, his most recent assignment. Kathleen Kaupert has accepted the developmental assignment of Bakery & Starbucks Sales Manager. She began her career with Jewel-Osco in 1987 as a clerk in Accounts Receivable. Kathy moved to the Transportation Department in 1989 and served in several capacities before moving to the Fresh Foods Merchandising Department in 1999 as a Sales & Research Analyst, and then in 2001 became an Assistant Sales Manager. In 2005, she became a Sales Manager for both Bakery and Floral before accepting the role of Marketing Coordinator in 2009. Kathy was promoted in 2021 to Assistant Sales Manager-Center Store. In early 2026 she was promoted to Private Label Sales Manager, her most recent assignment.
