🎉 What a week it was at the International Risk Management Institute, Inc. (IRMI) Construction Risk Conference! JobSiteCare was so proud to be in attendance as a sponsor this year, supporting IRMI CRC and encouraging a space for collaboration and growth in construction risk management. 💫 Seeing so many folks come together to make meaningful connections, understand better ways to reduce risk on jobsites, share bold ideas and work to understand how best to take care of the people in the field... was inspiring to say the least! 💪 So many powerful moments... Where do I begin? 👷♂️ I spoke at length with the wonderful Rich Scislowski (IRMI President) during this year's very first WOMEN IN CONSTRUCTION session. I am so happy to see IRMI supporting women in the industry and to top it off, the session was completely full - a huge success!! ➡️ So many great panels and speakers, but one stood out in my mind: "Why Jobsite Culture is a Silent Threat to Risk Management" given by the fabulous Taylor Boileau.
