Join us in welcoming Dylan and Joel to the Journey team! Dylan Ketcham has joined our SFC Civil Constructors division as a Project Coordinator. In his role, he will assist Project Managers and Field Superintendents in daily construction operations and overall support including preconstruction activities, takeoffs, site setup, preliminary schedules and safety compliance. Joel Brust has joined Black-Top Paving as a Project Engineer. Joel will assist the Black-Top Paving leadership team with daily operations, supporting project management, preconstruction planning, takeoffs, site organization, and scheduling efforts. He will also collaborate with Superintendents and Project Managers on project coordination, meetings, site evaluations, documentation, and field support.
