Proud to share that KCG's proposal for a new affordable housing community in South Bend, Heartwood Commons, has been awarded Low-Income Housing Tax Credits by the Indiana Housing and Community Development Authority (IHCDA). This new multifamily housing will deliver 50 apartment homes including one-, two-, and three-bedroom options serving families at 30%, 50%, and 60% average median income levels.
