After nearly 48 years, Jimmy Dellarte, the 61st employee ever hired at Keystone Automotive, is retiring. Jimmy joined in 1978 and never left. Through acquisitions, office moves, the shift from paper to digital, and even holding it down during Covid, he was the constant you could always count on. We are pleased to recognize our long time team member, Joe Rutledge for being inducted into the Motorsports Products & Media Council (MPMC) Hall of Fame. The MPMC, a council within the Specialty Equipment Market Association (SEMA), was created specifically for companies involved in manufacturing functional performance parts used in sanctioned racing applications, the MPMC is dedicated to addressing industry-specific issues and to preserving and promoting the motorsports parts industry. Joe Rutledge received this honor on December 12, 2025, at the Performance Racing Industry (PRI) show in Indianapolis, IN. Congratulations Joe!

It is with great sorrow that we remember our dear friend and leader, Dawn Layaou. Dawn passed away recently after a courageous battle with cancer. As the HR Leader for all of LKQ Specialty for 24 years, Dawn's absence will be deeply felt by all.   Dawn had a remarkable no-nonsense approach to people, her role, and the challenges the business presented. She was practical, personable, knowledgeable, forthright and always genuinely herself.   Her presence and contributions will be greatly missed Rest in Peace – Dawn 1955-2025
