  • After more than two decades in this industry, a few things have become very clear: - Relationships matter more than transactions, especially when timelines are tight and stakes are high. - Speed only works when it’s paired with clear planning; one without the other creates more work later. - The best outcomes come from listening first, not assuming you already know the problem. - Talent decisions ripple far beyond a single role, shaping teams, culture, and ultimately business transformation in ways that aren’t always obvious at the start. - Consistency builds trust, and trust is what turns a one-time engagement into a long-term partnership. These lessons weren’t learned overnight. They’ve come from years of working alongside clients and candidates, adapting to change, and staying committed to doing the work the right way, despite an ever-changing industry. What lessons have you learned that you would add? #LongTermPartnerships #BusinessRelationships #TalentLeadership

  • Dr. King’s work centered on progress built through intention, courage, and a willingness to challenge systems that limit opportunity. His vision continues to influence conversations around equity, dignity, and access in the everyday choices organizations and leaders continue to make. At LaSalle, we commit today to reflect on the responsibility to listen more closely, act more thoughtfully, and contribute to workplaces and communities where people are seen, supported, and given the chance to thrive. #MLKDay #EquityAndOpportunity #PeopleFirst #CommunityImpact

  • Urgency can quickly become the default inside organizations that care deeply about performance and outcomes. When every request arrives with the same level of pressure, it becomes harder to decide what needs immediate attention from what hasn’t been clearly prioritized yet. Over time, that high-pressure environment can blur judgment, strain efficiency, and make it more difficult for teams to stay aligned on what matters next. When urgency is applied intentionally, it can create focus, alignment, and momentum around the right work, rather than just spreading the same high priority across every request or need that happens to be loudest in the moment. The approach of everything being a fire puts you at risk of burning your best people out. #LeadershipPerspective #WorkplaceClarity #DecisionMaking #OrganizationalEffectiveness

TechServe Alliance recently shared a discussion on profitability pressures facing IT staffing firms heading into 2026. One idea stood out to us: the idea that execution matters more than new initiatives when margins are tight. It shows up in sometimes difficult choices - Narrowing priorities - Using data, teams actually look at - Being intentional about what doesn’t get treated as urgent We’d love to hear where others are seeing this play out right now: is the bigger challenge doing more, or deciding what to stop doing? • You may have heard it said before: “It’s a people problem”. The phrase is familiar and convenient. It gives the issue a name and allows the work to move forward around it, but it can also close the door on deeper organizational questions. Often, what's showing up through “people problems” is really unclear expectations, shifting priorities, or decisions that didn’t fully land on a team. The challenge teams are reacting to isn’t always what it appears to be. So be curious. Get bold. And take the time to dig for the root of the problem – maybe with a partner who knows where to look. #TeamEffectiveness #WorkplaceInsights #BusinessLeadership

A recent Fortune report on the rise of “forever layoffs” highlights a shift many workplaces felt throughout 2025: instead of large, singular events, companies made smaller structural changes over time. While every organization manages these transitions differently, the common thread is the impact on people. Even incremental adjustments can create uncertainty that affects focus, communication, and confidence across teams. In environments where change unfolds gradually, clarity becomes one of the most stabilizing tools leaders have. When people understand expectations, priorities, and the purpose behind their work, they’re able to stay grounded when roles or workflows evolve. As leaders plan for 2026, many are centering on one question: How do we create clarity for our teams when the pace of change isn’t slowing down? Lend us your thoughts in the comments and read the full article from Fortune here: https://hubs.li/Q03YC8Tc0 #FutureOfWork #LeadershipInsights #WorkplaceTrends #EmployeeExperience #LaSalleNetwork

  • We recently asked you what hiring challenge feels most pressing to you or your teams going into 2026 and the most interesting takeaway wasn’t which option ranked first. The top three challenges landed within just a few percentage points of each other: - Finding the right candidates (32%) - Slow hiring processes (31%)  - Tighter budgets (25%) That closeness tells a bigger story that hiring challenges don’t exist in isolation. Difficulty finding the right talent often extends timelines. Longer timelines increase cost pressure, and all of it adds strain to teams trying to keep work moving forward. Also worth noting what ranked lower. Engagement and retention (12%) may not be the first challenge leaders point to, but they often come into focus when the right talent is in place. It’s why many organizations are rethinking their hiring as a system, and one that can benefit from partners who understand how speed and quality work together. #HiringInsights #TalentStrategy #WorkforcePlanning #LeadershipInsights
