Meet Thomas Rygiel! Numbers tell a story — and Thomas has spent more than a decade making sure Lennar's are told right. As Regional Assistant Controller, Thomas supports our Southeast and Southwest Florida Divisions, handling financial and operational reporting, training Associates on multiple data systems and tools, and helping standardize processes across the organization. He enjoys the complexity of his work – how every Community has its own story and no two deals are ever the same. Prior to joining Lennar, Thomas built his career in internal and operational auditing. His experiences working for a mortgage company and a national homebuilder sparked a deep passion for real estate and laid a strong foundation for the work he does today. Thomas was drawn to Lennar by the opportunity to build his career combining his love for homebuilding with the transformational mentorship of Lennar’s Leadership Team. That combination has defined his success at Lennar, impacting his approach to business and his commitment to mentoring others the same way he was mentored. To Thomas, it’s the people who make Lennar a great place to work. He's spent his career training new Associates, championing process standardization and — more recently — diving headfirst into AI tools to find more efficient ways to work. He'll tell you that if he hadn't gone into accounting, he'd probably be a teacher. Fortunately, his role with Lennar lets him be both. Fun fact: Outside of work, Thomas enjoys spending time with his two children and playing basketball every Saturday morning. Plus, he’s a huge lover of golden retrievers. Meet Ashley Max! In her current role as Head of Digital Operations, Ashley leads the strategy and execution behind Lennar's digital content and operational efforts. Her work connects the dots between platforms, people and purpose — ensuring the digital experience we deliver reflects the quality and care that defines Lennar. Ashley’s journey at Lennar began in 2010 with the Las Vegas Division, where she joined as a Marketing Coordinator. From there, she was promoted to Marketing Manager before taking on roles as an Internet Sales Manager and Sales Manager — gaining a deeper understanding of how we serve Customers and support our teams. That depth of experience led her to Corporate, where she stepped into the Director of Digital Content role before expanding her scope to the position she holds today.
