If you are in an HR Leadership role in Tampa, I hope you can make it to 2026 CHRO State of Work hosted at Feeding Tampa Bay this Friday morning. We all need to build the future of work in Tampa Bay together. AI, the skills gaps, and the economy are changing work faster than in any other time I can remember, and it's impacting our community and our employees and workforce models in ways I could have never imagined. According to the 2026 Tampa Bay Regional Competitiveness Report, produced by the Tampa Bay Partnership, 46.30% of households in our region fall below the ALICE (Asset Limited, Income Constrained, Employed + Poverty threshold.). These are people who are working. People who show up to our workplaces every day. And still cannot make ends meet. Wages increased more than 5% year over year in our region. And yet in the lowest income quintile, households are living on less than $18,000 annually. People are working. Some are earning more. And many families are still not staying afloat. It's not a poverty story. It's a workforce story we need to solve. The people who need us to close that gap are employees, the people under the care and leadership of the HR and People leaders in this community. Wages matter. Workforce development matters. Career mobility matters. But compensation alone cannot solve a crisis this structural. Community resource sharing has to be part of the equation. I am looking forward to a real conversation about the state of our regional workforce and what thriving actually looks like for the communities we serve. The AI-People gap is real, and the numbers say it all. 74% of executives say AI will fundamentally change their workforce in 3 years. Only 12% of HR organizations have a formal AI adoption strategy in place. And when people strategy lags behind technology rollout? Change failure rates are 3x higher. CHROs are now accountable for four forces at once: leading AI transformation, shaping work in the human-machine era, mobilizing leaders through uncertainty, and addressing culture atrophy. All at the same time. Knowing where to start makes all the difference. The AI-People Readiness Index gives you a clear baseline in under 10 minutes. 🔗 Take the free APRI: link in comments. #CHROLeaders #AIPeopleReadinessIndex #AIPeopleStrategy #PeopleStrategy #HRLeadership #livingHR

The best HR tech implementations don't start with the technology. They start with the people. After wrapping Contentstack's HiBob implementation, their VP of People called it the smoothest HRIS implementation in 30 years of experience. That's not just a technology story. That's a partnership story. When the process design, the employee experience, and the leadership alignment are done right, the platform gets to do what it was built to do. That's the work we show up for every day. Contentstack, HiBob #HRTech #HRImplementation #PeopleOps #ClientStory #livingHR

17 years of humanizing work. And we are just getting started. ✨ On May 5, 2009, livingHR opened its doors with one belief: that when people thrive, organizations thrive. That belief has shaped everything. The clients we have partnered with. The teams we have helped build. The cultures we have helped transform. Seventeen years of showing up for organizations at their most important moments, and being trusted to do the work that actually moves people forward. None of it happens without this team. To every livingHR team member, past and present: you are the reason this work is meaningful. The way you show up for each other and for our clients is something we do not take for granted. Thank you, genuinely, for being part of this. And to every client who has trusted us with your people, your culture, and your most important decisions: it is the honor of our work. We are grateful for every partnership. And to our broader livingHR community, partners, collaborators, and advocates: thank you for walking alongside us. Here is to 17 years of putting people first, human-centered, tech-enabled, and impact-driven. And to everything still ahead. 🧡 #livingHR #17Years #Anniversary #HumanizingWork #PeopleFirst

Our recent CPO Roundtable brought together some of the sharpest people leaders in the country, and the conversation did not disappoint. Here's what came out of the session: AI is the defining challenge for people leaders right now, and most organizations are still figuring out where to start. The people function is being asked to lead transformation with less clarity than ever on what "AI-ready" even means. A few things we kept coming back to: → AI doesn't replace the job. It shifts what the job is. The question is: what does your team do with the freed capacity? → Human-in-the-loop isn't optional. It's how you prevent bias from scaling at speed. → ROI right now looks like usage, adoption, and workflow transformation, not headcount reduction. Want to see where your organization stands? The AI-People Readiness Index gives you a clear baseline fast. 🔗 Link in comments. #CPORoundtable #PeopleLeaders #AIPeopleReadinessIndex #AIPeopleStrategy #HRStrategy #livingHR

Today is Digital Wellness Day, and as a company that believes work should be more human, this one matters to us. 💙 We're living in a moment where AI is accelerating the pace of work faster than most people have had a chance to catch their breath. And according to the Digital Wellness Institute, 83% of employees are looking to their employer to help them find a better balance in the digital age. That's not just a wellness stat. That's a people strategy signal. Today is a reminder to practice a pause. To check in with your team, not just on output, but on how they're actually doing. To think about whether the technology in your organization is helping people flourish, or just moving faster. Digital wellness isn't anti-tech. It's people-first tech. And that's something we think about every day.
