Announcing Rambler Northgate, our newest student housing project coming to College Station! LV Collective, in partnership with Peninsula Investments Group, is excited to announce Rambler Northgate, a 24-story, 922-bed student housing community rising at 725 University Drive, directly across from Texas A&M. Set to deliver in 2028, the project will become the tallest building in #CollegeStation and a defining addition to the Northgate neighborhood. Rambler Northgate marks the second of three planned communities within Legacy Point, our 10-acre mixed-use district developed alongside Culpepper Realty Co. At full buildout, the district will bring together 3,000 beds across five buildings, along with more than 50,000 square feet of retail, entertainment, and outdoor gathering space. The 342-unit community will offer one- to six-bedroom residences with bed-to-bath parity, alongside amenities that blend lifestyle and wellness. From a rooftop pool with multiple hot tubs and a jumbotron to coworking lounges, a multi-sport simulator, sauna and cold plunge, every detail is designed with the modern student in mind. The Record Room at Rambler ATX was named Most Community-Oriented at the Austin Home Magazine 2026 Home & Design Awards! "Tucked within the lobby, this 365-square-foot lounge turns constraint into concept- leaning into a moody, analog atmosphere inspired by Austin’s music culture. Part greenroom, part listening lounge, it was designed to create a space for discovery, connection, and shared experience." In collaboration with Krywicki Interior Design, this project reflects a thoughtful approach to how smaller spaces can have a big impact on resident experience. Big thanks to the team behind it and to the residents who make the space what it is!
