Jessy Waul joined Macy's, Inc. in 2015 simply looking for a job. Ten years later, she's found so much more. ✨ She began her journey with Macy’s, Inc. at Bloomingdale’s, starting as a Customer Service Frontline Agent and later supporting top clients in the Reserve role where she learned the power of connection, patience and excellence. With the support of incredible leaders, she proudly stepped into her current role as Macy’s Credit and Customer Service - Agent Onboarding and Training Admin in 2021. Inspired by the trainer who first believed in her back in 2015, Jessy's goal is to create that same lasting impact for every new hire who enters her classroom. Laura’s Macy’s journey started back in 2009 as a Seasonal Warehouse Associate in Pack and Returns. Her curiosity and drive to grow led her to cross-train across departments—rising from Clerical to Supervisor and now Operations Manager! Having worked across multiple shifts and both Cheshire facilities, Laura brings deep experience and a people-first mindset to her role. Andrea Avigne joined Macy's, Inc. in 2010 as a Designer for Intimate Apparel, and in just one year she had the opportunity to become the Designer for an active brand launch, Ideology. From the very beginning of her journey, Andrea's career has been one of growth, creativity and endless learning.
