"We've had a good life together." C.M. and Margareta Wilson have been married for 70 years, sharing a life filled with laughter, adventure and love. Now, after settling in Oklahoma, they care for each other as they grow older, but it is not always easy. They both face various health challenges and frequent doctors' visits. They needed support. Now they receive meal deliveries, five perfectly portioned meals with all the nutrients important for healthy aging, because Meals on Wheels Oklahoma City stepped in to lift the burden of meal preparation, which used to take all day and leave them little downtime together. Because of Meals on Wheels, these lovebirds are savoring each moment together with all the nutrition and support they need.
