  • Your competitors aren’t just outspending you on AI. They are out-measuring you. In 2026, the divide isn’t between those who use AI and those who don’t. It’s between those who are guessing and those who have total clarity. Despite heavy investment, most organizations are still trapped in the "pilot loop"-simply because they lack an objective starting line. We built AIRA because ambition without readiness isn't a strategy; it’s an expensive experiment. AIRA is our evidence-backed AI maturity assessment designed to strip away internal bias and replace it with a validated, 3-minute baseline. It identifies the execution gaps holding you back and provides a phased roadmap to move you from fragmented workflows to a unified execution layer. Swipe to see the reality of the AI gap and find out where your organization actually benchmarks on the scale from Novice to Trailblazer. The guesswork ends here. Knowing exactly where to move is the ultimate competitive advantage. • Is your layout strategy ignoring the highest-yielding format in your stack? Data from our Q1 2026 report reveals that while many publishers focus heavily on standard display volume, a massive demand signal is hiding in high-impact placements where buyer competition is aggressively driving up premium pricing. - Interstitial placements maintained a completely flat 3% revenue share year-over-year, showing that publisher adoption has stalled. - Interstitial CPMs skyrocketed from $6.39 to $9.88, representing a massive 54.6% pricing surge on a format most teams treat as a secondary line item. - Standard display inventory still commands 88% of total revenue share, but its pricing power is actively softening as CPMs dropped from $1.37 down to $1.27. The Executive Takeaway: Volume without yield optimization is a losing strategy. When a format experiences a 54% CPM surge while its revenue share remains completely flat, it means publisher configuration isn't keeping up with buyer demand, and premium margins are being left on the table. Interstitial is the premium pricing floor of 2026. Capturing this margin requires an immediate shift from raw display volume to aggressive floor-price strategy before the market dilutes. • What does it really take to turn AI hype into accountable outcomes? We’re continuing our MasterMinds Agentic AI Insights Series with Everest Group, breaking down the shift from conceptual roadmaps to the high-stakes reality of Media & Entertainment workflows. In our latest highlight, “Making Agentic AI Work in Real Time,” Nitish Mittal (Partner at Everest Group) and Rajeev Butani (Chairman & CEO of MediaMint) discuss the intensive work required to move AI into production. They explore how moving from tools and platforms to outcome-driven Service-as-Software models requires deeper human context, data integrity, and shared accountability, proving that real-time impact only happens when the technical plumbing and the process are perfectly aligned. Agentic AI goes beyond deployment. It’s about aligning execution to outcomes - where businesses move from consuming software to co-owning results, with systems that integrate seamlessly, scale quickly, and drive real productivity gains. #MediaMint #AgenticAI #AgenticServices #AI

  • Big win for the team: our Chief Data Officer, Pratyush Mulukutla, has been named a winner at the 2026 Digiday Future Leader Awards (Rising Technology Leader). This recognition is a clear nod to the work we’re doing to move the Industry past the AI pilot loop. We’ve moved beyond just talking about transformation to building a Service-as-a-Software model that actually delivers. By leveraging Mia, our Agentic Platform, we’re blending human expertise with agentic intelligence to move from fragmented workflows to a unified execution layer. It’s about taking the complexity out of high-scale operations and turning it into measurable outcomes that actually move the needle for our partners. Huge congrats, Pratyush. This is a big win for the team and a clear signal of where we’re taking the industry next. Ads.txt is still growing, but is the ecosystem becoming more efficient or just more selective? Our May Sellers Report shows ~19.7K net new lines, but with a 95.4% removal-to-addition ratio, growth is now being balanced with active pruning. The signal isn’t just expansion - it’s how supply is being filtered. - PubMatic, Rubicon & OpenX are taking 50%+ of the gains - not breakout growth, just a tighter race at the top - 63% of expansion is still reseller-led - SPO hasn’t cleaned this up at scale yet - The long tail is building (+16K), while the top is cutting back - two very different markets playing out at once - Emerging SSPs are moving faster, riding contextual, audio & cookieless demand - Nearly half of Tier 1 domains are duplicated, and the industry is starting to push back on that inefficiency - Low-traffic publishers fueled most of the increase, while high-traffic publishers saw a net decline, pointing toward active consolidation at the premium end. Growth hasn’t stopped, but it’s no longer unchecked. As onboarding and removals move in parallel, questions around supply quality, duplication, and SPO-driven efficiency are becoming more important than ever. Curious how these shifts compare with what you’re seeing across publisher partnerships and SPO strategies? “AI doesn’t break at the output rather it breaks where decisions aren’t visible.” As Pratyush Mulukutla, our Chief Data Officer points out, Agentic Metadata, from prompts to reasoning traces and tool calls, is becoming critical for auditability, governance, and regulatory alignment as AI systems move into production. It’s a shift from just using AI to actually understanding and trusting how it works. It’s the same thinking that shaped how we built Mia: persona‑based agents, measurable outcomes, and rooted in the way teams actually operate. • The AI experimentation phase is over. The real question for 2026 is: Are you still just testing AI, or are you moving it to the core of your operations? In a recent episode of the AI Data Driven Leadership Podcast, our CEO and Chairman, Rajeev Butani, joined Dean Guida to discuss why 2026 is the year AI finally moves from the lab into the core of strategic operations. The shift we’re seeing is no longer just about cost-cutting. It’s about speed, effectiveness, and staying relevant to customers. By moving toward a Service-as-a-Software model, organizations are moving beyond siloed tests to make AI a permanent part of their revenue engine. "It’s less about cost; it’s more about speed, effectiveness, and being relevant to your customers to drive actual measurable outcomes,” says Rajeev. • Agencies don’t have an AI problem; they have an execution problem! Most AI initiatives stall because they are treated as standalone experiments rather than integrated workflow utilities. When senior talent is spent re-keying data and managing spreadsheets, the bottleneck is a lack of operationalization, not a lack of tools. To move beyond the pilot phase, Agencies must shift from manual task management to automated execution layers that connect their tech stack and enforce governance. Stop chasing pilots. Start productizing your execution. Full article here: https://lnkd.in/gGyuFbjU #AgenticAI #MiabyMediaMint #MediaMint
