A recent article from ASCLS Director, Joshua Pulido, MHA, MLS(ASCP) takes a closer look at how innovation is continuing to reshape clinical laboratories, from automation and AI-assisted workflows to advancements in diagnostic technology and data integration. What stood out most is that innovation in the lab isn’t just about moving faster. It’s about improving accuracy, supporting clinical decision-making, and helping labs manage increasing demand more efficiently. At the same time, the article reinforces something important: technology still depends on skilled laboratory professionals to make it work effectively. As labs continue evolving, preparation, adaptability, and strong teams remain at the center of quality patient care. Definitely a worthwhile read for lab leaders thinking about what the future of lab operations looks like. 🔗 Article below. #ASCLS #LabLeadership #MedicalLaboratory #HealthcareInnovation #ClinicalLaboratory #HealthcareOperations

Most people think workforce solutions is just about solving staffing problems. In reality, a big part of the job is listening. You hear what healthcare leaders are navigating behind the scenes. You hear the challenges clinicians are facing day to day. And you start to realize pretty quickly that no two organizations are dealing with the exact same pressures, even if the numbers look similar on paper. That’s one of the things I appreciate most about this work. The conversations. The relationships. The opportunity to sit down with people across the industry, understand what they’re experiencing, and talk through where healthcare is heading together. A lot of meaningful insight comes from those discussions. Not just about staffing, but about leadership, operations, team dynamics, and what sustainability in healthcare really looks like moving forward. Grateful to be in a position where I get to learn from so many different perspectives and build those connections along the way. #HealthcareWorkforce #WorkforceStrategy #HealthcareLeadership #HealthcareStaffing #MedProHealthcare

Last week, our Communications Optimization Manager, Vanessa Walsh, and Senior Director of Talent, Hanna Giraldo, M.A., had the opportunity to deliver 120 MedPro Gives Care Kits to Joe DiMaggio Children's Hospital. These kits were put together by employees across MedPro as a small way to support the children, families, and care teams doing incredibly important work every day. We’re grateful to Ashley Kozich and the team at Joe DiMaggio for welcoming us, and of course, to Goldie, the hospital’s full-time therapy dog, for making the visit even more special. ❤️ Moments like these are a reminder that even small acts of care can make a meaningful impact. #MedProHealthcareStaffing #MedProGives #CommunityImpact #GivingBack #JoeDiMaggioChildrensHospital

This past weekend, our team spent time together at The Fort in Fort Lauderdale for a company-wide picnic, a chance to step away from the day-to-day, connect outside of work, and simply enjoy time together 💜 Mental health support isn’t always about big initiatives. Sometimes it’s creating space for people to recharge, laugh, build relationships, and feel connected to the team around them. As we reach the halfway point of Mental Health Awareness Month, we’re grateful for opportunities to slow down, spend time together, and continue building a culture where people feel supported both professionally and personally. #MedProHealthcareStaffing #MentalHealthAwarenessMonth #CompanyCulture #PeopleFirst #TeamConnection #WorkplaceWellbeing

We’re honored to be named a Top Workplace by the Sun Sentinel in South Florida for 2026, and even more grateful to have received this recognition in previous years as well. What makes this especially meaningful is that it reflects the voices of our team. The culture we’ve built, the way people support one another, and the commitment to showing up every day because that is what truly drives our success. We know that strong teams create stronger outcomes, especially in healthcare. To our team, thank you for making MedPro what it is today. Happy Friday! #MedProHealthcareStaffing #TopWorkplace #CompanyCulture #Gratitude #HealthcareLeadership #PeopleFirst

These photos capture just a few moments from our 5 days of celebrating Nurses Week at MedPro, but they represent so much more than a celebration. They reflect the appreciation we have for the incredible nurses we have the privilege of working alongside every day. From supporting our internal teams to caring for our explorers throughout their journeys, our nurses lead with compassion, dedication, and heart in everything they do. The impact they make reaches far beyond what can be captured in a photo. To all of our nurses, thank you for the care, kindness, and commitment you bring to MedPro each and every day. We are so grateful for you and proud to celebrate all that you do. 💙

Starting the day with appreciation ☕️ In recognition of our core value, providing care and compassion for the lives we touch, this month’s WeCare initiative focused on creating space for our team to pause, recharge, and feel valued. A simple moment like a morning coffee cart reflects something bigger. The care and compassion our employees show in their work and in how they support one another is what truly defines our culture. #WeCare #EmployeeAppreciation #WorkplaceCulture #EmployeeEngagement #CompanyCulture #Leadership #PeopleFirst #TeamBuilding

We’re proud to celebrate one of our own international Explorers, Laura Jean Maglaya, who was recently featured for ASCP Asian Heritage Month, recognizing Asian American and Pacific Islander leaders in the lab. Laura’s journey as a Medical Laboratory Scientist from the Philippines to the U.S. is one of resilience, growth, and purpose, and we’re honored to be a small part of it. As she shared with our team: “Moving to a new country and adapting to a completely different environment was not always easy, but organizations like MedPro helped open doors for people like me to grow professionally and personally.” Stories like Laura’s are a reminder of the impact international clinicians make every day, not only in patient care, but in strengthening healthcare teams across the country. We’re grateful to support professionals like Laura as they build their careers and represent their communities. 🔗 Read her full feature below. https://lnkd.in/e8XTDGAZ #MedProHealthcareSTaffing #MedProInternational #InternationalStaffing #MedicalLaboratory #HealthcareWorkforce #AAPIHeritageMonth

There’s a moment we hear about a lot when talking with lab leaders. It’s when everything is technically working, but it’s taking more effort than it should. Results are still going out. The team is still pushing through. But it starts to feel heavier — more coordination, more follow-up, less room for flexibility. From the outside, nothing looks wrong. From inside the lab, you know exactly how much it’s taking to keep it that way. That’s usually where the conversation starts to shift from just keeping things moving, to figuring out how to make things more sustainable. It’s something we see across a lot of labs right now, and it’s where the right kind of support can make a real difference. #MedProHealthcareStaffing #LabLeadership #MedicalLaboratory #HealthcareOperations #HealthcareStaffing
