🌍 Small initiatives can create meaningful impact. As part of our ESG efforts, the Miratech team recently completed the second phase of a CSR initiative at Government First Grade College, Vijayanagar, Banglor-40 — helping improve access to technology-enabled learning through the installation of desktop computers and digital projectors. Led by Sathiyakailash Suryanarayanan, who drives CSR and community initiatives for the region, the effort focused on creating practical, long-term value for students through both technology access and career guidance. During the visit, we had the opportunity to meet students and hear more about the challenges many of them face in accessing educational resources and technology. It was a reminder of how important practical support and digital access can be in helping students prepare for future opportunities. Alongside the infrastructure support, Nitin Kumar Tiwary led a career guidance session focused on communication, interview etiquette, and essential soft skills — sharing practical advice with nearly 100 students preparing to begin their professional journeys. What stood out most was the energy and enthusiasm from the students throughout the day. A sincere thank you to Rahul Raaj Jamuar, Ameen P, Shashidhar Shiddanagoudar, and Shivabasappa Sangalad for supporting this initiative and spending their Saturday making it happen. And thank you to Justin Kearney and Oksana Ogneva for the continued guidance and support behind these community efforts.
