In November and December, our field HR teams hit the road to deliver appreciation and holiday cheer to our store teams through Reindeer Runs. Alongside our District Managers and Regional Vice Presidents, the HRBP team delivered pocket screwdrivers from Schrader Tools, company-branded Carhartt winter hats, snacks, candy canes, homemade cookies, and plenty of smiles! A huge thank you to Sarah Marathe, Dorenda Portee-Hayes, Melissa Berwick, Don Lavigne, and all our operational partners who made these Reindeer Runs possible.
