MORSE Corp had a great opportunity to be part of a six-month Public Private Talent Exchange (PPTE) with Yuma Test Center! Leroy embedded with our Cambridge team to gain hands-on experience in modern software engineering workflows, agile project management, and machine learning model training. He returned to Yuma Test Center in September ready to implement what he learned. We lost capacity for six months so that one of our Data Scientists, Leroy Duarte, could participate in the Public Private Talent Experienec (PPTE) program with an industry partner of ours - MORSE Corp. We're stoked to have him back next week to share what he's learned and excited to send more employees in the out-years.

The DARPA Albatross program aims to develop effective autonomous aircraft soaring capabilities leveraging weather forecast-informed mission planning and real-time onboard exploitation of dynamic environmental conditions to allow autonomous vehicles to fly farther and longer. PPTE provides the opportunity for a US Army digital engineering practitioner to spend a six-month, immersive digital engineering experience alongside the MORSE team to bring innovative approaches and best practices.
