The Katherine McClary Award (KMA) is MV's highest safety honor, recognizing operators who demonstrate a steady, long-term commitment to safety, professionalism, and protecting passengers and communities on the road. Through nearly two decades of dedicated service, disciplined driving habits, and an outstanding safety record, Flores has distinguished herself as one of the organization's top operators and a leader among her peers. Meet Mohamed Hag Ali, General Manager of our Santa Rosa division. When Mohamed first joined MV in 2005, he had no prior background in transportation. He started as a driver with a willingness to learn, take on new opportunities and keep growing. Nearly two decades later, Mohamed has built a career that spans operations, safety and division leadership, growing from Driver to Operations Manager, Safety Manager, Assistant General Manager and now General Manager. Through mentorship from leaders like Peter Edwards, hands-on experience, MV University and MV’s GM Academy, Mohamed gained the knowledge, confidence and support to step into each new chapter of his career. At MV, we know the best passenger experience starts with the best team. By investing in training, leadership development and career growth, we help employees like Mohamed build confidence, step into new opportunities and create a meaningful impact for the riders and communities we serve. An inspiring act of kindness recently took place on in Santa Rosa, thanks to operator Anthony. While on his route, Anthony noticed a man fall on the side of the road and immediately pulled over to help. He called 911 and stayed with the individual, ensuring his safety and comfort until emergency responders arrived. His quick thinking and compassion reflect the strong commitment our team members have to both safety and the communities we serve. Anthony’s actions are a powerful example of going above and beyond the call of duty. We're proud to have team members like Anthony on the MV team! #MVAllStars

Last week, we gathered our General Managers and regional leaders in Dallas for our 2026 General Manager Annual Meeting. As part of our commitment to developing and investing in our team members, the week focused on strengthening leadership, sharing best practices, and raising the bar across our operations.
