  • 👋 Meet NAWBO Richmond member Gwen Tinsley, founder of Grit & Tenacity Consulting! ❤️ Gwen built her business after realizing traditional sales approaches never felt authentic to her, and when she leaned into understanding the why rather than focusing on the sale, the results were clear! More aligned, higher-paying clients who saw the value and never questioned her worth. Now, she helps women understand the psychology of selling as well as build authentic, repeatable sales conversation systems that feels natural, confident, and true to themselves, resulting in more control over the sales process, increased income and confidence in their sales conversations. ✨ What Gwen enjoys most is witnessing the shift in confidence when women stop second guessing themselves and start leading conversations with clarity and confidence. For her, it’s about more than closing clients. It’s about helping women recognize their value and build real connections through how they communicate. 🌎 Outside of business, Gwen loves spending time with her family, supporting her son’s sports, traveling, and creating moments to slow down and reset. ➡️ Gwen joined NAWBO Richmond to connect with like-minded women who are building impactful businesses and supporting one another along the way. ➡️ Interested in joining our supportive community of women business owners?
