Neros is heading to Tampa for SOF Week. You can find us at Booth #2114, where we'll be sharing space with Quantum Systems. We'll have the Archer FPV platform on display and representatives from the US, EMEA, and APAC on site – come say hello!

Proud to welcome Congressman Jake Ellzey to our Millennium One factory last week! While on site, he met with the teams scaling production of our FPV drone systems and saw firsthand the manufacturing base we’re scaling right here on US soil with an adversary-free supply chain. He even got flight time with an Archer and (no surprise for a lifelong pilot), he's a natural.

Today, drone-to-payload integration requires coordination and custom design work between manufacturers. A new payload means new tooling, new integration work, and weeks of engineering for each platform-payload pair. Complexity only increases – and on the front line, warfighters are handicapped in what payloads they can choose from, and how fast they can swap between them. We’ve built APEX to fix this. Adaptive Payload Exchange (APEX) is an open-source and low cost standard for modular payload integration on small drones, including our Archer platform. It’s designed for simplicity, flexibility, and manufacturability – so that operators using APEX-enabled drones can easily swap conventional, fiber, repeater, and future developed payloads in the field. For industry, APEX enables low cost, simple integrations with a focus on FPV drone platforms and payloads. For government, APEX delivers faster fielding, lower cost per capability, and more flexibility mid-mission for operators. The full spec including mechanical drawings, electrical gerbers, and software specifications will be live on our Github in early June. Neros Archer platforms delivered this year under Phase II of the Drone Dominance Program will be APEX-enabled and payload partners Kraken Kinetics, Kela Technologies, Northrop Grumman, CX2, and ModalAI have already committed to adoption. Today, Neros is proud to announce our Stage 4 JF-12 approval by the National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA) enabling the legal operation of the Neros Archer on all continental US DoW installations. This designation radically simplifies the process for military operators to get hands-on training with our drone systems across US bases, and is a testament to our federal partnerships ensuring rigorous testing and evaluation of unmanned systems. Compliance is part of mission readiness, and we’re excited to add this designation to other recent milestones like the approval of our ESAD through the Weapon System Explosive Safety Review Board and certification of our lithium batteries from both the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division and UN 38.3. As always, we’re deeply grateful to the United States Marine Corps, Navy and Marine Corps Spectrum Center, and NTIA for their continued work and professionalism in helping unleash American Drone Dominance.

Neros was proud to showcase Archer Strike with the United States Marine Corps and Assistant Secretary of the Navy for Research, Development and Acquisition at MCB Quantico last week. Neros and the Marine Corps continue to develop TTPs for OWA (One-Way Attack) strikes to ensure our warfighters remain lethal and adaptable in any clime or place. As the character of warfare evolves, we are committed to providing #Marines with precise, American-made, and attritable technology they need to dominate the modern battlefield. #Neros #MarineCorps #Archer #ArcherStrike #DefenseTech #Innovation #Quantico #ModernWarfare #FPV #USArmy #USMC
It is well known fact: every Marine is a rifleman. As part of Marine Corps Force Design, some are adding the title "drone operator" as well. Last week, Mr. Potter traveled to the wooded hills of Quantico with PAE Marine Corps, LtGen Eric Austin, to observe how Marines of Col Scott Cuomo's Weapons Field Training Battalion are perfecting drone tactics to win on the battlefield of the future. The character of war is changing by the day. Marines are adapting. These drone operators will serve in Ground Combat Elements, Force Recon units, or Littoral Combat Teams, and PAE Marine Corps is accelerating delivery of these vital systems to them at the speed of relevance. #marinecorps #drones #paemc #warfightingacquisition #MCBQuantico #usmc

Marines with the 3rd Marine Division Littoral Regiment recently trained and certified operators and instructors using the Neros Archer Strike one-way attack drone at Schofield Barracks, Hawaii. Archer puts precision strike capability directly in the hands of unit leaders and their teams, enabling combined arms at the tactical edge and increasing lethality where it matters most. Proud to support the United States Marine Corps as they build the next generation of attack drone operators and instructors across the force. #Marines #drones #sUAS
