What could your AEs do with a week that wasn't organized around prep and follow-up? On October 22, our CRO Hannah Willson joins Ghazi Masood from Replit to discuss what changes when agents take on more of the work around the sale. They'll get specific about: • What agents can take on and where human judgment still matters • How AEs spend their time when preparation and follow-through are handled • What changes for leaders in deal management, measurement, and coaching • What it takes to put this into practice, including where it goes wrong We'll close with a short demo of Nooks' new Deal Agent. No slides. 30 minutes + Q&A. Save your spot: https://lnkd.in/g5_fHJnC

Revenue infrastructure for humans + AI agents. Drive more pipeline, win more deals, and make every seller better.
About us
Nooks is the revenue infrastructure for humans + AI agents, helping revenue teams generate more pipeline, win more deals, and get more out of every seller. Our platform brings human judgment and AI execution together across the revenue lifecycle, converting inbound demand, finding and engaging the right prospects, helping sellers take the right actions to move deals forward, scaling top-performer behavior, and giving every seller and agent the actionable data they need to execute. Unlike AI tools that stop at intelligence or recommendations, Nooks is built to act. Humans and agents work side-by-side on one platform: turning signals into action, learning from real outcomes, and continuously getting better. More than 1,800 companies use Nooks to turn AI into measurable revenue, including teams at HubSpot, Deel, Cursor, Replit, Rippling, and Intercom.

I told our sales reps soon they’ll either be replaced by an agent or become a 10x rep Because in the next 1-2 years, sales agents will be better than most reps today Just like coding agents today are better than most engineers were two years ago I’m not knocking salespeople today, or knocking engineers from two years ago But sales is about to inflect; the job is evolving and if you’re not keeping up, you’re going extinct. There’s a range of “difficulty” in sales that determines how reps & agents will work together: - At the easy end, the agent can often handle it end to end. - In the middle, the agent pulls the rep in when it needs help making a decision or engaging a customer. - At the hard end, you get the 10x rep, with a swarm of agents behind them so they can spend their time delivering more customer value The hardest parts of sales – the part people were doing in Mesopotamian marketplaces thousands of years ago – that doesn’t go away. That becomes the whole job! If you’re interested in building the future of agents in revenue, we’d love to chat

Exploring the next frontier of AI calls for a few days out West 🌵 Last week, over 300 of us came together in Tucson to get hands-on with what's next for Nooks and spend time with the people building it. One idea from the keynote stuck with us: Nooks' story is full of firsts, and the people behind the next ones were sitting in that room. Between product sessions, cross-team conversations, and some friendly competition, we got to know those people a little better. That's what makes time together matter long after we head home. A huge thank you to Alisha Boykin, Shelbi Hanson, Abby Murdoch, and Tianna Williams for bringing us all together!

Loved seeing Bill Woodward and Jackson Walker on this podcast with EJ Eitel at Nooks. Highly recommend a watch. It feels like not too long ago, our team was having to call through their Outreach steps one by one (terrible!) So much of the growth in BDR happens in the everyday work. Making the next call after a rough one (we've all been there), trying a better question, and learning from someone sitting next to you. What stood out to me was how they talked about owning their pipeline and getting comfortable in real customer conversations. As a BDR manager, that’s the growth I love seeing. Building confidence and becoming sales professionals who can hold their own with prospects and customers. Nooks has been a big part of that. Making cold calling a shared experience has made a real difference for our BDR team - hello ⚡Pipeline Power Up!⚡ We're keeping our bi-coastal BDR team connected, learning from each other, and having a lot of fun doing it. ✨ https://lnkd.in/gGUUcqPh

Nooks is taking over the desert. 🌵 This week, we're bringing ~275 teammates together in Tucson for three days of building, learning, and celebrating the people behind Nooks. Expect hands-on product sessions, new connections across teams, friendly competition, and a few karaoke performances that will follow us back to the office. See you in Tucson!

Avoid the most common and expensive mistake I see founders make with their first sales hire: Hiring just one rep. Instead, hire your first two reps at the same time. If one hire doesn't work out, you can lose almost a year, and you won't know if the problem was the person or your sales process That’s one learning I share in my in-depth conversation with Mark Roberge from HubSpot's The Science of Scaling We also dig into: – Why we should have started charging sooner. Paying customers tell you quickly whether you're a nice-to-have or a need-to-have – Why we didn't follow convention into PLG. Engineers can try new tools whenever they want. But sales reps usually can't connect to Salesforce or spend budget without approval. So we built our go-to-market around the buyer we actually have – Why customer feedback is platinum. When we went all in on sales, we spent 60–70% of our week on the sales floor with customers and cold calling ourselves. That's where we found the idea behind Nooks. If you're not close enough to your customers' conversations to hear what slows them down, you're three steps behind What mistake did you wish you avoided as an early-stage founder? Who says your next sales competition has to stay within your own team? GWI and Horizon3.ai went head-to-head on Nooks throughout September in a friendly cold-calling competition. Together, they booked 139 meetings, up 88% from their June–August monthly average. Horizon3.ai took the win with 87 meetings booked, up 75%. GWI more than doubled its monthly average with 52 meetings, up 114%. This is what we love seeing in the Nooks community: customers excited to compete, push themselves, and give each other a reason to aim higher. Congratulations to Horizon3.ai on the win and to both teams for a September worth celebrating!

What does outbound look like when humans and AI agents work as one team? Our CEO and co-founder Dan Lee joined HubSpot’s Science of Scaling podcast to discuss how that shift changes the work of SDRs, AEs, and sales leaders. They get into: • Why Dan compares sending a sales email to a game of chess • Where today’s models still fall short • How human judgment and agent execution fit together • The story behind Nooks’ pivot into sales • What spending 70% of your week with customers teaches you about what to build next Watch the full conversation: https://lnkd.in/gYqsABgN
