For three years, the UK has been without a designated lab capable of completing REG 31 testing, creating a backlog of hundreds of product approval applications. Our Oakdale laboratory in Wales has now become a DWI-designated laboratory for this testing, effectively closing that gap and making it the only UK facility offering both BS 6920 and REG 31 leachate testing. This is a significant advancement for drinking water safety - and for the 55 million people served by public water supplies in England and Wales. ➡️ Learn more: https://lnkd.in/gJqJ-kq9 #DWI #NSFTesting NSF - Water Programs

What we’re seeing at the National Restaurant Association Show: NSF is engaging with brands across the restaurant and foodservice industry, and one theme is unmistakable: food safety remains foundational. Alongside electrical safety and regulatory compliance, organizations are prioritizing smarter, more consistent ways to protect consumers while improving operational performance. From back-of-house processes to equipment design, the focus is on embedding safety and quality into every step. Because when food safety is done right, it not only safeguards human health — it builds trust, strengthens brands and drives long-term efficiency. We’re proud to support manufacturers and operators in raising the bar, helping to deliver consistency, streamline operations and do it all safely. The show is also a powerful reminder that collaboration across the industry is critical as we tackle today’s biggest opportunities and shape what’s next. If you’re attending, stop by the NSF booth 3864 in the South Building; we’d love to connect. #FoodSafety #RestaurantShow #NSF #2026RestaurantShow #foodserviceinnovation #foodservice #restaurantindustry NSF - Food and Nutrition

We were honored to see our CEO, Pedro Sancha, serve as the commencement speaker for the University of Michigan School of Public Health’s spring graduation. Public health work rarely seeks the spotlight, but its impact is felt every day in the systems that consistently protect people. In his remarks, Pedro reflected on stewardship, responsibility, and the unseen bridges that public health professionals build and maintain for communities they may never meet. NSF’s roots trace back to the basement of the Michigan School of Public Health, grounded in a simple but enduring belief that science-based standards, applied consistently, can improve lives around the world. As graduates enter a world where evidence must compete with noise, the need for steady, principled leadership has never been greater. We extend our congratulations to the Class of 2026 and our thanks to the University of Michigan School of Public Health for shaping generations of leaders committed to strengthening the systems we all rely on. 📺 Watch the full speech here: https://lnkd.in/exr-z7nt

What's actually in that gas station supplement? HBO's Last Week Tonight with John Oliver asked us to find out. Watch the full clip. ➡️ https://brnw.ch/21x2b3W We were selected as an independent, third-party testing authority for the show's segment on supplements sold at gas stations and convenience store checkouts – no manufacturer involvement, just science. This is why independent testing and certification exists. We do not tell consumers what to buy, we verify what is true, and that’s been our mission for more than 80 years. #NSF #ConsumerSafety #IndependentTesting #SupplementSafety #HumanHealth #LastWeekTonight
