🌟 Celebrating Women’s History Month 🌟 This month, we celebrate the women who lead, mentor, and lift others along the way. Across Illinois schools, women are shaping the future of education through leadership, service, and support. At IASPA, we see it every day — empowered women empowering other women. From mentoring colleagues to supporting new leaders and advocating for strong school communities, the impact is profound. Together, we continue building networks of encouragement, opportunity, and leadership across our profession. 💼✨ Empowered women empower women. #ILHRLeaders
