We are excited to welcome Chef Debbie Lee as our first culinary partner in OCVIBE's 50,000 square foot market hall. Our unique business model, created to remove the financial and operational barriers that often hold new restaurants back, is what allows Chef Debbie to bring two bold new concepts to the Anaheim community. Pado will introduce a Korean-inspired raw and seafood experience, and Mokja will offer a fresh take on Korean street food and café culture. Together, they reflect the type of chef-driven creativity that will define the market hall. Chef Debbie Lee is the first of many innovators who will help build a culinary destination that stands apart in Southern California. With 21 chef-led concepts and 6 bars planned, the market hall will grow into a platform for creativity, culture, and community, becoming a daily amenity for residents, office workers, and visitors when OCVIBE opens in early 2027.

OC Sports & Entertainment hosted a tour of the $1B Honda Center renovation and $4B OCVibe project in Anaheim. Contractors are completing a million dollars of work each day on the 100-acre development. Highlights: ◾63 active projects in the 32-year-old arena, including a five-story, 70,000-square-foot glass atrium replacing the south entrance in December. ◾Food and beverage capacity increasing by nearly 30%, with Mashgin-converted stands seeing 200% throughput increases and an automated draft beer wall boosting sales. ◾OCVibe coming out of the ground quickly with a mass timber office building, food hall, music venue, pedestrian-only paseo, and bridge to the Anaheim train station. The arena project will be completed before LA28 Olympic volleyball, with most of the development completed too. Read more: https://ow.ly/KKun50X3StL

Private balconies. A sunlit courtyard. Orange County’s first mass timber office building. Access to an urban park and chef-driven restaurants. The Weave office structure is the latest building to sprout up at the OCVIBE—a 100-acre, $4 billion mixed-use development featuring sports and entertainment venues surrounding the Honda Center in #Anaheim and backed by Henry and Susan Samueli. OCVibe developers say the 168,000-square-foot, six-story Weave office building won’t be a conventional workplace. The key planners — Scott Frick and Dan Young — talk to Orange County Business Journal reporter Emily Santiago-Molina for this week's main cover story. https://lnkd.in/gurp_yYE #OrangeCounty #businessnews #realestate
